TODD AND HIS TEAM BLEW OUR MINDS!!!! My husband and I had an outdoor tent wedding with 200+ guests (mostly Italians which are hard people to please when it comes to food). Todd and his team KILLED IT!!! From the very beginning, Todd was very easy to work with and had TONS of options for us to look at as far as Apps, Main Course and Desserts go. We wanted stationary and passed appetizers for our cocktail hour and then a "buffet" (I hate that term) style reception dinner. Once we came up with a menu, Todd came to the property (my in-law's farm in PA), and had a food tasting for us and our parents. We were sold at the first bite!!! During this time, Todd also made some suggestions for meat choice and apps which we ended up taking him up on. He is TRULY a wonderful cook. My wedding day was a huge hit! It isn't a simple task to create a restaurant quality kitchen outside in a tent but Todd pulled it off!!! His 12+ wait staff were all on top of their game and really added to my guests' experience! From cocktail hour to dessert THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! Our guests are STILL talking about how much they loved the food, and Italians are tough critics. lol Everything we wanted, he made happen and went beyond! We even had 2 fully stocked bars (we provided the alcohol and he provided the mixers and garnishes). The bartenders were really great as well! Todd was SO on top of his game that while he was managing the reception dinner, and his staff, he even went out of his way to come to our table to see if we had eaten yet.. We hadn't (our event coordinator totally dropped the ball on us), so he went and got us plates of food. That meant SO MUCH to us because without him, we probably wouldn't have eaten!!! Todd, you are an extremely talented individual and I cannot thank you enough for the amazing work and delicious food you provided to us on our wedding day. Our day would not have been as special and successful as it was without you and your team. You guys ROCK, and I hope to work with you again for another event!!!! ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND***

Todd and his crew catered our wedding this past weekend. From the beginning, 8 months ago, Todd has been very easy to work with, offering advice and quick communication throughout our entire planning process. We ended up choosing the buffet menu and at the price-per-head it did not disappoint. Our options were endless from hors d'oeuvres to entrees, to desert and even salad our possible menu items seemed endless.

Now, I have had the privilege of Todd's menu a few times and each time always something different. In each meal the food is always consistently cooked to perfection and the service is always top notch.

I met Todd 9 years ago when I was looking for a caterer for our wedding. We had an outdoor reception and unfortunately a monsoon as well! We had my daughter’s Christening here and it was absolutely beautiful! The owner Todd was very helpful and responsive with the planning process. We used Catering by Jessica Lee for my fathers funeral reception yesterday and everything was perfect. The Chicken Francoise was delicious and the lasagna was a cheese filled delight. The server was extremely polite and accommodating and even helped me get some things into my car when we were leaving, When we met Todd my mother had mentioned that she happens to love roasted red skin potatoes, we chose to order fruit salad, Cesar salad, chicken Frances, lasagna, fresh bread and ice cream for desert. Todd was thoughtful enough to remember that my mother mentioned she liked red skin potatoes and he even made a tray of them for her with no extra charge and they were absolutely delicious as well. Thanks so much Todd for doing that for Mom and helping make my fathers funeral a memorable event.
