After a few days of back and forth with the property we have been told they will not accommodate our stay although they already confirmed our date change. They property is refusing to refund our money although it was a mistake on their end. We are a family of 4 with two small children traveling to visit family for the first time after the pandemic. We booked 2 mobile homes and their solution was to give us 1 accommodation for the correct dates we booked and for our family to find elsewhere. There has been no helpfulness, no kindness and absolutely no accommodation. We were looking forward to our stay here and now are being told we are not able to stay and also are out of $2500. This is not acceptable and I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Imagine how we feel a young family, being told we cant stay and we can’t have our money back?

I was there first and the last time. I have paid over 190e for animals and they need to seat in bungalow because each 5 min someone is parking a car by my bungalow. Camp is old not renovated God's know how long, plus how you all see I have paid for "fresh air" , if you love smell of diesel or petrol this is place for you.

Lets first say: it's not the newest campsite around. Therefore there are some signs of age for example the showers&toilets are quite old, sometimes rusty and a missing hook or sth can appear. But part by part they are working on renewing the campsite. And besides this it's a lovely place. Big campgrounds, a lot of trees for shade, enough toilets & showers - even a pet wash - a huge beach (also a dog beach 🙂 ) and some cute restaurants and beach bars. Also Segelschule has amazing pizza!

Ordentliches Mobilheim.
Zugehörige und wohl meist notwendige Klimaanlage kostet 5€ am Tag, zusätzlich.
Etwas Glück mit den Nachbarn gehört dazu. Aber ein Schreikind ist meist dabei, also Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen.

Lage ist sehr nah am Meer und am (ziemlich in die Jahre gekommenen) Pool ohne Rutsche.
Mülltrennung klappt leider nur sehr sporadisch, weil es einem großteil der Gäste am Willen fehlt.

Der Platz hat einen Hundestrand - daher immer wieder Hundehaufen auf dem Platz, von dem nicht kleinen Anteil, der assozialen Hundehalter.

In Summe ein guter Platz und auch preislich ok, sehr groß und direkt am Meer. Sanitäranlagen sauber, aber jeweiter man von der Rezeption weg war desto ungepflegt waren die Grünflächen und es wirkte etwas verwohnt. Für Familien mit Kindern und Haustieren die richtige Adresse
