I stayed at this motel paid 420 a week was over charge treated badly no heat didn't want to give toilet paper only once a week would not recommend anyone to stay there the husband and wife are very mean people! Trying to make people give a good review or they will make you leave!!

I was staying at Red Roof Inn but Christy said she had a message about CPS child protective services about having a bedroom or bigger place. Actually CPS consumer portfolio service is company that had my Honda Accord Sport 2019 1.5 turbo. I didn't want to move here until my court cases concerning a case from 11/8/2023 about compliance issues cause some federal agents didn't feel they would address the issue. So I was paying for Red roof inn and Harbor Motel. Christy asked for my PO I thought to contact about address issues.

Cold room for 2 weeks straight. I had to purchase a space heater only the thin coverlet no actual blanket I had to provide my own. No hot water. Pounding overhead from them working on a room with inexperienced worker every day the two weeks I was there until 7 pm was rude when I said something to owner. Told me check out then. Didn't even admit to making the noise himself. Freezer wouldn't even get cold enough to make ice once in my tray I brought. 2 weeks I was there!!!!

Honestly this MOTEL is fantastic! People who have unreasonable expectations should not stay here. Normal people are frequently staying at this motel. We will definitely keep staying at this motel while visiting in this area.

initially resorted to this motel because my family needed somewhere to stop at in middle of the night, ended up being very happy with it. Management is very nice and welcoming. Most importantly the rooms were clean. definitely one of the nicer motels in the area

Nasty place, and annoying maintenance guy that walks around to tell you that you can't have a bag of cans on the porch that you intend to throw away, but when you go in the rooms when you first go to stay it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Maybe you should start cleaning up your mess before you tell people to clean up a bag that sitting on the porch to get thrown out five minutes later when I was leaving. He's a very nosey person, and needs to mind his own business, and take care of his own.

My name is Levett to start off the it self was a great experience except for the bed bug issue everyone was hospitable up until the time I brought this to their attention, my do not stay here if you are a single female the grounds keeper and front attended made lude and Inappropriate Accusation about how I earned a livingFrom the first week to the last weekWhen I have to inform him that it was rude and disrespectful and I quote "do have a real job or are you on call in the room" I had no guest except my mom anyone who came for me picked me up and dropped me no male friends only female and at the end of all of that the owner of the establishment chose over the not to refund or should like he did refun me my remaining balance but charge my account again I would have wrote it off as a mistake but you own 3 establishments BE CAUTIOUS!!!!

Great price for a kitchenette, serviceable rooms. Close to the Pleasant Prairie Jelly Belly Factory (which gives factory tours), Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha, and to Illinois Beach State Park.
