This was the highlight of our trip. We learned so much about Eureka Springs history and had a great time. Our tour guide was fun, entertaining, and personable. She had a great deal of knowledge and showed us why they are the #1 ghost tour in Eureka Springs.

My husband and I went on the Haunted Tour, Friday night and learned to much about Eureka Springs History.
Tour guide, Channing was very cool and made it all very interesting.
It was neat to do the tour early in our trip it gave us town history to reflect on while we were walking around the rest of our trip.
I am a Haunted and Historic Tour Guide in Indiana so it was great to learn new things from Channing. Recommend 10/10. Thank you Channing for a wonderful evening in Eureka Springs.

One of the highlights of our visit to Eureka Springs! I don't believe in ghosts or anything like that (although it would be cool to see one if they were real), so I was looking for more of a "dark history of Eureka Springs" type of thing. This did not disappoint! It was a blast to go around the same parts of town we had been walking around hours earlier and hear about the weird and wild history of the last hundred and fifty years. And don't worry, there's not any cheesy jump scares or fake ghosts or anything like that.

I'd recommend doing what we did... Buy your tickets ahead of time for a 10:15p tour. There were only six people on our tour plus the guide, so we weren't crammed in and everyone got to ask lots of questions. Doing the late tour also meant it was dark and the town was basically empty, which added to the ambience.

I really enjoyed our tour guide (I'm sorry, I can't remember her name). She said it was only her fourth tour to give, but she knew what she was talking about and her sense of humor was bone-dry and sarcastic and it was great. Ending the tour in the catacombs was a cool touch.

There were no kids on our tour, so she told a couple extra stories that she normally doesn't tell. Overall I think the tour was fairly kid-friendly, depending on your kids and family. Maybe 13 years old and up?

The Haunted Eureka Springs tour was great! Guide Steve walked us around town providing history related to the ghosts that have been spotted over the years and about significant events of the past. He was in perfect character, funny and is an excellent story teller. As a local who hadn't gone on any of the tours, I learned a lot and was surprised to see and learn about the underground tunnels in town. Highly recommend this tour!

To say we were disappointed is an understatement. My family and I have visited towns all over the country and are always excited to experience ghost tours. Not so much for the ghosts but to hear the stories and legends of the town and the area. Sadly this did not occur tonight. Our youthful guide was a very poor storyteller, not appearing to be knowledgeable or confident in what she was saying. She spent a lot if our time laughing uncomfortably and losing her train of thought, not at all engaging or proficient. She was more interested in complaining to the group about hurting herself playing donkey basketball, wasting our time showing us the video and talking about teachers she doesn't like, than sharing the history and stories of the town. The actual experience did not live up to the reviews online, it was a huge disappointment. Given the interesting history of the town, I was expecting so much more. This is not an experience i would recommend and I definitely wish I could get my money, and time back.
