My experience with that shipping agency was perfect until the last package was lost, they gave me different reasons, but in the end the package did not arrive, now my ordeal began, I have been trying for a week to get a response for the lost package and nothing, Well, right now I've been sitting at the agency for two hours and nothing has been done to solve my problem, to charge you the faces are nice, but to respond to you for their responsibilities, no one knows.
I'm still waiting for a response from Sky Havana, the owner doesn't show up and I'm wasting time, remember as long as the shipment doesn't get lost, everything's fine, the fight begins when they have to respond to you.
