Hazelwood was our one and only potential venue. My husband and I are very anxious people and put off our wedding for several years, so finally decided on an elopement. We were so excited to find our Hazelwood had an affordable and amazing elopement package. Essentially all we had to do was give Kate our information and then show up on the wedding day. It was a breeze. On the day of, there were a few times where I think Kate could tell I was getting anxious and she made eye contact, gave me a simple solution and a smile, and I instantly felt relief. This happened during photos and when we forgot to pass my vows to the officiant before the ceremony (oops!). Kate was one of the kindest and levelheaded people I’ve ever met. If you have a bit of a chaotic family like me, she is absolutely everything. This venue is so gorgeous and we got incredibly lucky with the weather, but I knew even if there was a tsunami or an earthquake that Kate would make our day happen and make it beautiful. I will always recommend Hazelwood! Amazing experience. Wish I could get married again just so I could do it here.

How can I sum up Hazelwood Weddings in one review?!

Let me begin by saying this: If you are thinking about booking here... do NOT hesitate to do so. This venue is absolutely perfect in every way. I am a wedding vendor myself, and after working a wedding at this venue I told myself I HAVE to get married here, and boy am I glad that I did so. It was actually the only venue that my husband and I toured. The owners, Kate and Adam are some of the most humble and amazing people. Kate personally tours you around the venue when you visit for the first time. While on this tour, you can see the absolute joy and love she has for Hazelwood. She is so kind and genuinely cares about you during the tour. Unlike other venues, she is not pushy and lets you take time to ask questions. When it was time for us to book, Adam took care of a lot of the back end things and he was absolutely incredible! Every weird or annoying question I had, he was quick to respond and was very kind in every email. They are an awesome couple, and them alone really sold me on this venue. Now, let's get to the aesthetic of this venue. OH MY GOODNESS. The outside is beautiful.. and we got married at the end of November and their landscape was beautiful and the building speaks for itself. One thing that I loved about this venue is that it is completely flat the entire way around. To explain, it is very wheelchair and handicap accessible which is awesome as my husbands sister is handicap and was able to be a part of every moment of the day. It was so easy to decorate the reception space, as they have tables and chairs already for you (Can someone say BLESS). The getting ready suites are also amazing, and spacious. The inside space is so beautiful for photos, as you can see in this review! WOWOW the lighting everywhere is so amazing.

Now, I'm writing too much (no I really can't say enough good things about this place), but truly the entire team that was there the day of our wedding made it feel like we were the guests of honor. We did not have to do much of anything, and the Hazelwood venue Rep alongside Brandi from Blake Event Co did absolutely incredible-- did you know that when you book Hazelwood you also book an incredible planning and coordination company (BLESS)

All in all, take the leap and book Hazelwood Weddings. Kate and Adam are truly incredible, and I am so happy to say we are a Hazelwood Weddings couple. Congrats Kate and Adam on fulfilling your dream, you're killing it.

Hazelwood is an incredibly beautiful venue. Everything is clean, updated, and well thought out. The magic of Hazelwood is how your unique style for your special day shines through against the bright, clean canvas. But most importantly, the experience that you get with Hazelwood is invaluable. They have a wedding planning package built in, allow you at the venue all day long, are extremely responsive at all stages of the planning process, provide a preferred vendors list, and when it comes to the guest experience they have thought of EVERYTHING! I can’t thank Hazelwood enough for being apart of my wedding day. I wouldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Kate and Adam!

Hazelwood Weddings was only the second venue we visited and we knew before the end of our time there that it was where we wanted to get married! For starters the grounds are breathtaking and the structures are ready for every couple to add their own unique touches to. The property has two getting ready suites, parking for all guests, multiple ceremony spots to choose from, options for all different kinds of weather, includes all necessary furniture, and is accessible to all bodies. Hazelwood Weddings had everything we were looking for and more, but what sealed the deal for us was the interactions with the owners, Kate and Adam. Kate took us on our tour and was so prepared. She made everything about the wedding planning process feel easy. Kate was very informative but not pushy and assured us she was there to help and encouraged us to take our time in making our venue decision. Adam took care of business on the back end and was quick to respond to all our emails and also sent out friendly reminders for upcoming payments. As an added bonus, Hazelwood Weddings includes a coordination package with a planner from Blake Events. From them we were provided with a wedding planning checklist, a list of suggested vendors, and a portal to upload all contracts. At ninety days out, Emma took over putting together the timeline and coordinating with our caterer, baker, rental company, florist, officiant, dj, beauty services team, photographer, and transportation provider. She was in charge the day of and everything went smoothly and we felt no stress. Our dream of an autumunal sunset wedding filled with subtle nods to our nerdy interests was perfectly us and brought to reality thanks to Hazelwood Weddings. We could not recommend them enough!

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding than Hazelwood! Kate and Adam, the owners, were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. They are so passionate about what they do, and it truly shows in every aspect of their venue. This was the first and only venue we toured after getting engaged because we fell in love as soon as we drove on the property. The property itself is stunning and was absolutely perfect for our fall wedding but It’s perfect for any season. Hazelwood offers multiple ceremony location options, which allowed us to choose the perfect spot for our day. On top of that, all the furniture they provide is beautiful and high quality, which made decorating so much easier. One of the best parts of Hazelwood is the suites they offer to get ready in! Having those spaces was a must have of mine. If you choose Hazelwood, you are appointed a wedding planner through Blake Events. We were lucky enough to have Emma, and she was amazing! She was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and made sure everything went perfectly. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly, thanks to everyone’s hard work and dedication. ( If something went wrong, I don’t know about it lol). Also, Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how i stumbled upon it, and how well everything flowed. Some guests even said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!! Hazelwood truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we are so grateful to Kate, Adam, the Hazelwood staff, Sam and Emma for their care and expertise. Thank you so much!!

If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further!! Hazelwood has everything that you could possibly want and need. As soon we were finished with our venue tour, I cancelled every other tour I had scheduled because I knew nowhere would compare to Hazelwood! Kate and Adam were a dream to work with. They are transparent, kind, and have truly thought of everything! They answered all of my questions and were so helpful throughout the planning process. The addition of a wedding coordinator through Blake Events was a huge plus for us. I felt absolutely no stress on my wedding day because everything was taken care of! Our family and friends loved the venue. Our wedding day was so beautiful and perfect. They were so helpful with planning and great resources. We will definitely be sending everyone your way for weddings. Couples don't really think about the furniture, chairs, tables, etc. when planning for a wedding.
