We had the most amazing experience with Heather! She made the whole process so easy. We had never been to an all inclusive resort and while we had been wanting to go, we were nervous about the cost. Wow were we pleasantly surprised when Heather presented us with several options that were amazingly luxurious and well within our budget. The resort was gorgeous, high end, and absolutely everything was included. We had the best time and will definitely be asking Heather to help guide us on more adventures. She was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns, made sure we had everything we needed, including things I had never thought about, and her professionalism and knowledge made her a delight to work with. Thank you Heather for the experience of a lifetime! ?

Heather helped me with my trip to Karlovy Vary and set up my stay at the Hotel Pupp. It was one of the most amazing trips ever and Heather was there for every step of the way. I had an amazing time living out my queen Latifah dream like in the movie Last Holiday.
