What an amazing experience. We felt completely safe in a very different adventure for us. They were so professional, safety conscious, and assuring for these first timers - including my 12-year old son. Our pilot Dusty took us an amazing tour of Pioneer Peak, pointing out the sheep on the mountain, flying where w could see the Knik Glacier, River, Palmer, the Fair and pointing out where Denali is and its clouds. It was an incredible 20 minutes we will remember for a lifetime! I would go again and again!

Super grateful for the guys with Heli alaska. The whole process was a smooth transition to make sure recovering my Sled was a weight lifted off my shoulder. Everything was coordinated beautifully, communication was on point and their timing was spectacular. Justin and Dusty coordinated and communicated with me to make sure I had everything that was needed to airlift my snowmobile out of the backcountry where it was unrecoverable by land. They had every last little detail from start to finish to ensure the success of removing my sled. When we first saw that chopper coming over the mountain, it was less than a minute and 30 seconds to lift. Rob’s immaculate piloting skills, slow rolled in with that hook, super smooth float in to hook up straps, and watch that sled ease off the snow. The overwhelming joy and satisfaction that I felt watching my sled going over the mountain heading to the Seward airport was beyond words. so I thank them again for all the tremendous help they offered.

Justin was excellent to deal with in trying to get a last minute flight booked and he came through to help us when he didn’t have to. Dusty is an exceptional pilot that went above and beyond to make it special. Truly a first class operation these guys are running. I wouldn’t pass up any opportunity to fly with them again.

My wife and I booked a quick tour of Hatcher Pass with Heli Alaska, but it was somewhat fogged-in that day, so Rob took us instead on an OUTSTANDING tour across the bay (Knik Arm, actually... not sure if it's called a bay or not) to Eklutna Valley, where we got up close and personal with the wonderful valley, the beautiful lake and the glacier at the upper end of it all. Both Rob and Justin are top-notch folks, and made the entire experience FANTASTIC all-around. Great communication, and a beautiful and safe flight on a wonderfully sunny day (except up at Hatcher Pass.) Loved it... and will DEFINITELY do more tours with Heli Aaska on our next trip up that way.

Absolutely brilliant trip, highly recommended. Got the see the Knik Glacier, traveled up from Anchorage, and flew from Wasilla. Really friendly staff and I'm now obsessed with helicopters.
