Urine drug screening: Do not arrive after 4 PM and expect to necessarily receive service. Wood River location posts a sign and maintains that they close at 5 PM. I live 45 minutes away, work 37 minutes away, and was referred specifically to this location because their hours catered to my work schedule. I was served on two separate occasions after 4:30 PM in the fall of 2024. On 11/26/2024, I was denied service because "she stops doing drops at 4:30,". I was then lied to and told that this is protocol, this is what they've always done, and that "they usually stop at 4,". I stepped outside to call my caseworker to inform her of the recent development. I watched a lady walk in not five minutes later, saw them take her to the back for testing, and the woman in the front locked the door after her so I could not come in to protest. No contact phone number posted for Wood River location that does not redirect to corporate.

Your need to teach your workers some courtesy for others. They are the rudest most petty people I have ever met in my life. Very disrespectful, and I wouldn't want your company taking care if my worst enemy. Shame on you.

The clients are wonderful! But the company ( well I can only speak on the Wood River location) Very unprofessional. Expect to be at work on time with no issues where you would not need to contact your supervisor, Most of all don’t except to get payed for all your hours. In the last few months. I I have had only a few checks that was right. The rest was very short.

Amanda never returned any calls and Crystal L is rude. This office is behind on paying mileage and makes up their own rules as they go along. They will tell you they have plenty of clients not most of them are nasty have roaches and bed bugs.

I was hired on at H.A.H,
Took over a week to get a Schedule, because "She Forgot"

Called again and received a Schedule with 15 minutes to be at work the 1st Day,
Note : She made the schedule while I waited on the phone.
I Couldn't make it there that fast.
I had to Start Tuesday.

2 days in a row.....I was Sent to wrong address, this was not an issue at all....... except I waited for a Supervisor to call with help on what to do and got no response.

I Never could reach her and had to leave. Called and texted all Day. Called the 2nd Supervisor also and even the girl who hired me. No one could answer a simple question to fix all this.

I Dealt with Angry Clients at every Stop. 2 didn't even want to let me in the Door.

2nd Day, I was still at the wrong address, they were mad at me for not showing up at the Clients house, I had already been there, WAITED, called a Supervisor, I was again ignored and left.
PHONE RINGS and the Supervisor stated Clients been waiting, asking where I am........FINALLY AN PERSON to talk to.

I stated I was there and left....I drove back, no reaponse still, I sent the address THEY SENT ME with a picture attached, they finally figured out it was wrong location, H.A.H told me it was a Computer error.
My Client was raging by then .

2nd Client apparently passed a week prior. So that was really uncomfortable approaching that Residence and finding out the Client passed. No one knew I was coming to any of the these residences.

3 people I continued to call all day for help Nonstop to fix the clients and issues. One female picked up and just said call the SUPERVISOR🤦🏼‍♀️

No answers from the Clients phone calls either. I watched the Clients phone calls ring through.

I Drove 52 extra miles,
2 days in a row......i wont get paid for.
I SPENT 2 FULL DAYS IN CHAOS because no one could answer a phone.
So 2 full days of my time also wasted, I will not get paid for.

Heartbreaking. I loved the idea of this job but IT WAS COSTING ME MORE STRESS, MONEY AND TIME THAN HELPING ANYONE.

I QUIT. 👈💯 because of your Failure to fulfill your side of the Commitment to not only the Employees but the poor Clients also. Disappointted and Heartbroken about it all. If you would have seen the desperate plea from these Clients, you would understand my Frustration in the lack of Care and Communication happening with H.A.H .......💯 DO BETTER!

I just completed my healthcare training with Terry. She was very informative, kept the course work moving, and highlighted the critical issues. I was a little intimidated by all the course work, but most of it is common knowledge/sense. However, I did learn several healthcare items that I was unaware of. She went over new hire rules and gave helpful hints to become a good employee.

Perfect place to call if you want to hear the phone ring without getting picked up. I’m glad I don’t have any clients who are dead or in desperate need of anyone from this office. Front office receptionist is very rude and unprofessional to say the least. That would explain why so many employees have walked out on this location since I’ve been there. Think twice about considering their service or employment. I wouldn’t recommend either.
