Exceedingly rude lady employee on the gate.

Basically came and cussed me out. I visit here frequently and never had an issue but I've never been talked to so condescendingly in my life. During the one-sided beration she mentioned there's apparently a line that I'm meant to stop at, however I've never seen it in almost 100 visits.

Gate staff are the first impression a visitor gets and I'm amazed this kind of customer service is allowed to fly in a community like this.

I'm so glad this guard house is it's own entity as I don't think my encounters with the gate staff are a reflection of heritage pines itself.

No muss no fuss no sweat have your people call ahead or be available to take a phone call or plain and simple your company will not be able to come on the property, the guards do their job and will stop anyone who doesn't have permission to come onto the property, a true win win

The guard hut employees are very slow. Took forever to get through, and I thought us security got bought out from allied Universal but the guard had an old company jacket on
