It has been a very difficult time for us since my mother in law fell. She is still sharp as a tack but can’t get around as well and I don’t know what we would have done without the caring, loving staff at windy Hill. They go above and beyond for the residents and make the facility warm and welcoming. I always see them smiling and visiting each resident. We can ease our minds knowing that not only is she safe and well cared for but also not lonely. My mother in law even asked me to purchase movies to share with other residents during movie night. This has reassured us in knowing that she’s not just sitting in a room all alone and is so refreshing since we have heard some horror stories about other facilities.

From the moment I met the staff at the assisted living facility, I knew this was going to be the best place for my mother. From her first visit to her first day of arrival to present they have been very welcoming and attentive to her every need and extremely respectful. ALL the staff go above and beyond to ensure that all residents receive excellent care and their needs are met. The facility has a multitude of activities to keep the residents engaged, active and giving them a since of purpose instead of feeling "left behind". My mother has thrived in the 3 months that she has been a resident, a true testament to the staff and surroundings. Keep up the stellar work! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!
The only "downside" that I have experienced is with their billing/finance office. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail to billing invoices is extremely lacking. When spending this much money details are everything!

I just want to thank the staff for welcoming my Mom for a short-term stay to recover from surgery. Heather went above and and beyond in welcoming us and answering questions. The staff, open all shifts, were very helpful. Mom even loved the meals! Would highly recommend if need a place for round the clock care for a family member.

My uncle has been a resident at Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill since July of 2024. He was first housed in the skilled nursing division and later in the assisted living department.
The care given in both places has been first rate. We have no issues and our uncle seems very content and happy. The staff has been very friendly and cooperative. Any questions we have had have been answered quickly by Heather Smith the Personal Care Home Administrator.
My suggestion to anyone contemplating the facility is to call for an appointment and go check out the living arrangements.

My family and I cannot say enough good about the staff, and facility. My brother was a resident here from August 2017 to present. The staff were respectful, attentive to his needs and kept the family informed of any and all changes in his care. Very well staffed, friendly, respectful and courteous to my brother and the entire family. I would recommend this facility over most others anywhere.

Only suggestion would be more staff, for quicker response to patients. The staff at present are excellent and caring, just need more of them.

Most of the nurses are committed to the residents care, but not all of them. 1/2 of the CNA's are lazy, most of the meals I wouldn't feed my dog and I see from other posts I read, they have their employees posting.
