My family booked 4 rooms here for us to attend a funeral. Awful, awful, awful! Only one elevator was working, so waiting for the one was ridiculous, the so- called "breakfast buffet" we were charged $16.00 per person was not what they described. Dried out scrambled eggs, no french toast or pancakes as listed and you had to make your own waffle if you wanted one. There was a lot of discrepancy as to what each room was charged for this.

In addition, cheap toilet paper and tissues in the room, toilet paper rolls fall off, so you have to put it on the counter to use it. Walls are paper thin and we were kept awake 2 nights in a row by loud talking in the room next door. The shower tub was like standing in a bowl, wasn't even flat so you feel as if you'll topple out of it. Phone was not connected in our room. Waited almost 5 minutes to get hot water under the very low flow shower head. This hotel needs some serious help! Very disappointing experience.

We recently just had my wedding hotel blocks at Hilton Garden Inn and they did amazing. They had our gift bags ready to go, handed vouchers for breakfast out and were quick in getting rooms ready. We were able to host an after party for only a small additional cost. Everything was great and affordable for guests.

So tonight was the big #4NationsFaceOff championship game that I've been looking forward to all week. I don't have ESPN, but the hotel bar did. And apparently this location had some staffing issues tonight, leaving Shari to tend the bar and run the front desk. Well, she did a wonderful job. I got to watch the game and eat, while the rest of the customers were taken care of. Great work, Shari. You deserve some recognition!! 👏

Conveniently located right off the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 339) and Pennsylvania Avenue. ||Large free parking lots with adequate parking spaces. ||Check-in process was quick and easy. Parking lot, lobby, hallways, fitness center, pool and rooms are all very well-maintained. ||Room was great. Lots of convenient options: microwave, mini-fridge, large TV with lots of channels, lots of outlets and USB ports, desk, iron, ironing board, adequate water pressure and efficient climate control system.||All staff I encountered during my week-long stay were friendly and helpful. ||There were two elevators though it seemed like only one was working most of the time...had to wait a while at times for the elevator both going up and down. ||There is an optional $15.99 continental (juices, coffee, yogurt, cereal, bagels, bread, fruit, eggs, sausages/bacon) breakfast....which most other hotels, including other Hilton Garden Inns, offer for free. ||There is a gas station next to the hotel as well as a Dunkin next to that and a Starbucks next to that. Good alternatives for breakfast if you don't want to pay for their $15.99 offering.

My recent stay at was delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of options. While the Wi-Fi could have been stronger, overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Positive: Great location, most of the staff are wonderful. Negative: At checkout, I was dismayed to find I was overcharged for incidentals by $97. A fraudulent tip & varying charges for breakfast, which was complimentary. The excellent front desk staff refunded, but it took time to go through everything and correct it.

Solid 3 star hotel. Usually in 3 star hotels you’ll find cosmetic defects in the rooms and common areas however I found none! Customer service was pleasant, and lobby was clean with contemporary decor. Our room and bathroom were clean, no cosmetic defects. Very pleasant stay we booked for one night as we were in town for a special occasion.

The room type (2 queen beds)we requested was not available. They instead gave us a king sized plus a sofa bed. The sofa bed had no linens or blankets, and no one from the hotel responded to our request to get linens. We also would have loved a continental breakfast, but we knew one was NOT included.
