10/10 stay here! Tyler and Jada was the best!!! I originally booked a room through Airbnb for this hotel, and it a total scam. Tyler did everything he could to try and confirm reservation, but when it ended up being a scam, he helped me get a refund through Airbnb and then worked to book me a clean room with a King bed ASAP. He knew I traveled 4.5hrs to get to the hotel that morning and then had meetings all day so I wouldn’t be back until late. He made sure I had a breakfast voucher and everything I needed to sleep well. He rocks!

Jada, what a sweetheart. Checked me in and was so kind. I told her I had been traveling since 4:30AM (I checked in around 10PM) and made sure I had a snack and waters ready for bed. A gem and a professional. Cannot recommend highly enough this staff pair!!!

Tried to save a dime staying at this hotel but lost my pants. Fire alarm was blaring at 1 am. Fire Marshall came (2:15am) and said it was not an emergency and that maintenance will be coming in the morning to fix it. They left at 3 am with the alarm still blaring in each room. Many guests were advised to book other hotels when they couldn’t sleep. The front desk was unable to issue refunds at that time because the general manager MARK was not there. We were told to call back during the day. I called up the manager during the day and he went on and on about how it was for our safety, and that he cannot issue a refund for us.

Do yourself a favour and spend the extra $30 and book a normal hotel where the staff cares. You might get lucky and have a good stay, but it’s just like flying Spirit. You run some you lose some.

Tyler and Anaysia helped check me in, and they were so sweet and helpful! Lucy and Julia were also very pleasant, they both took the time to chat with me about my plans in the area and give me recommendations, and Julia took the time to address some concerns a couple of guests had while I was standing there with such professionalism and kindness. I did overhear an older Indian guy, I’m assuming one of the managers (I did not get his name), in the morning arguing with a guest about her bill and he really should not be in management. He was so rude and acted with no compassion for this poor lady who was just trying to understand her bill. And then he snapped at a staff member who was just trying to help!!!

My wife and I are here from Florida to celebrate our son’s wedding. From our checking in Tyler took great care of us. The room is outstanding the serviced exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property thanks to u all!

As a Hilton Gold member, I usually do not check reviews of Hiltons as I have found most properties of this type (3 stars) to be adequate for a short stay. However, after arriving in our room and finding a container of ranch dressing on the floor, I was concerned about the cleanliness and upkeep of this room and hotel. When we showered in the morning, we noticed that the shower door did not close properly, the sink would not adequately drain, and the general lack of upkeep was concerning. I then decided to look at reviews and was shocked to see so many poor reviews of this property. On the second day of our stay, we requested that our room should be serviced. Despite leaving mid-morning and returning in the evening, we returned to a room that was not serviced. We needed clean towels and the garbage was overflowing. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because it is grossly overpriced (over $21 per person) and was not better than the typical “free” breakfast offered at these sorts of properties. Do yourself a big favor and choose a different property in Shelton as this one is in sore need of renovation, new management, and perhaps a new owner.

Am here for business every other weekend. check-in is a breeze. Jada and Nivea are always top-notch professionals. Polite and respectful and very knowleable about the hotel and immediate surroundings. They are other hotels in the area but I always choose Hilton because of the cleanliness and amenities. Did I say there is free parking and short distance to the highway.

I reported the lack of hot water (for both the sink and shower) three times during my stay, but the issue was never addressed. Despite this, I was falsely informed that I was shown how to use the hot water. Let me ask: if I’m out of the hotel all day for the entire 3-day stay, when could they have possibly shown me how to operate it? At check-out, I mentioned the problem a fourth time, and once again, no resolution or apology was offered.|After returning home, I called the Hilton Garden Inn to follow up, but despite promises from the front desk staff, management never returned my calls. This was a truly disappointing experience, and based on this, I would recommend avoiding this hotel. It seems they are either unaware of or uninterested in addressing issues that affect their guests.

Super clean and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was awesome. Omelettes, waffles, sausage etc. waterslide was so much fun.
