I spent four days here for a conference recently, and the hotel was fantastic!

Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. our room was an upgraded king, which included a writing desk, sofa, and side chair as well as a coffee table. The beds and furniture were very comfortable.

There is a large closet with sliding mirrored doors, just inside the entry to the hotel room.

My partner, especially likes the large drawer in the bathroom, which allowed us to keep a cleaner bathroom countertop!

Preheated breakfast buffet, a couple of times, and in four meals in the main ballroom with our conference. The menu options were generally very good and portions were more than the adequate..

Parking is available via an elevated and closed walkway to open parking garage immediately behind the hotel. Both self Park Valley options are available.

The Hilton staff was also exceptional. They were kind, courteous, and efficient in their duties.

There are multiple dining options within walking distance of the Harrisburg Hilton if you choose to not eat on site. There is a pharmacy and liquor store nearby as well.

I was here for a work event, and the hotel has the normal amenities that most have. The conference rooms where our event was held are very spacious and the staff does a great job making sure things don’t run out (drinks, snacks, etc.). The parking is in a garage that’s also available to the public of downtown Harrisburg, I know space is limited for parking, but the spaces in the garage are very tight.

We had a nice stay. Clean, well maintained. Beds were a double, very tight to sleep in. Large open spaces and event rooms. Parking garage is tight for large SUVs. In a downtown area. Everything in walking distance. Connected to a mall. Would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Place was nice and staff was great! During our stay there were a lot of kids running around and causing disturbances. So much so that security was out and about looking for them. I don’t blame the hotel for this though, their parents/ guardians should not have allowed this behavior. We attended a party here and the food/ drinks were very good! Front desk was awesome and accommodating. I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast and coffee in the lobby but I understand it’s not always possible. There was was free coffee in the room though and it was very good! Overall I would stay here again!

Just a quick note to share the excellent customer experience at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Harrisburg that occurred on Sunday, March 30th.

Scott Harris handled a very difficult situation with a very aggressive and ‘bully’ style behavior by a customer in the restaurant area at Ad Libs. And it was Scott’s quick and professional approach that helped resolve the issue — and ensured to immediately alleviate the situation.

Again, I simply want to recognize Scott’s hard work and dedication to ensuring that all customers at the Hilton Hotel experience a positive and enjoyable time. Thank you!

Stayed with my family and young kids at this hotel and wow! The staff were unbelievably kind and friendly. The food at the two restaurants was amazing. Easy to walk around town and the state museum. Very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Again not enough can be said about the amazing staff that served us breakfast.

BEAUTIFUL Hotel and Excellent employees! I stayed for 2 nights and every employee, from front desk, housekeeping, bar staff were over the top friendly and accommodating! 5 STARS!!! I travel for a living and stay in hotels 3 nights a week! Most hotel staff are barely say hello, act like you are a bother and basically could care less about customer service!!! Really makes your long day even worse when treated like this! WISH ALL HOTELS WERE LIKE THIS ONE!

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Harrisburg and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I walked in, the check-in process was smooth and effortless. The front desk staff were welcoming and quick to get me settled, which set a great tone for the rest of my stay.

The room was immaculate. It was spacious, modern, and incredibly clean—everything you would expect from a top-tier hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Harrisburg. I also appreciated the little touches like plenty of fluffy towels, high-quality toiletries, and a well-stocked coffee station. It felt like a home away from home.

The location is ideal as well, right in the heart of downtown. It’s close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions like the Pennsylvania State Capitol and City Island, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Overall, my stay at the Hilton Harrisburg was everything I hoped for—comfortable, convenient, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I'm in town. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers top-notch service and quality accommodations. 5 stars all the way!
