I've been a wedding photographer in KC for over 15 years. One of the biggest variables in having an enjoyable and stress-free wedding is a great wedding planner. Hitched is it. Every single one of their planners is so focused on executing the vision of the couple while also tackling the stuff that comes up throughout the day without adding stress. I have had so many couples talk about how Breanne or Hailey have become their friends and they are dreading the end of their wedding because they won't have a reason to talk all the time anymore. For me as a photographer the most helpful part of a planner is their ability to assist and elevate the experience without making it about themselves. Some planners seem to think the day is really about them, not Hitched. They know when to step in and take charge and when to step back and give the reigns to the other wedding the couple has brought on board.
