I did not realize when I left my first review that it would affect your rating. I should have thought about that and I apologize.
When we booked the Marriott Sanibel Harbor Hotel, the website still says that kayaks, wave runners, boats, etc. are still available on site and recommends that people “come on down and see us” by the pool. The hotel needs to change this information. I didn’t rent a car because your business is still listed as on the hotel property. Google maps backs that up as well. It was a big factor in choosing that hotel and a big disappointment when we arrived.

At the rear of the Marriott Sanibel Harbor Resort.
Quick and affordable, rsvp on the spot, or online. They have a wealth of local knowledge and will point you in the right direction. No need to go anywhere else, the dolphins are right HERE. After signing up (multiple options), the attendant will guide you to an area where you can explore on your own. Having a lot of experience, I had to ask about the guided part and it made complete sense. The main boat lanes go past here and the guide makes it much easier for people in your group to navigate prior to opening up the throttle. A lot of fun and highly recommended!!!

Outstanding jet ski tours! Sebastian was a really fun guide, gave us all the right safety information and direction and kept close watch. He seems to know exactly where the dolphin are and we had an amazing time watching a pod, including a baby surfing in the wake of a large boat while we watched from close by. Seb provided excellent videos of us with the dolphin. I went on a 2nd "fun run" tour and had a total blast!

Went to the location at Marriott by accident after renting a boat and the employee Shawn was soooo rude to us that we went to the wrong location. We were there with the entire family including with a 2 month old and I have NEVER felt so disrespected in my life. He was incredibly rude to us because we went to the wrong location from the same company. He completely dismissed me and went inside when we were trying to figure out who we gave our credit card information to. I would not recommend dealing with this location if at all possible. We ended up going to the location at Fort Myers beach where the boat rentals are and they were nice but the damage was done from our original encounter and therefore I cannot give more than a one star.

OMG, we had SO MUCH FUN!!
My friend and I booked 2 wave runners for an exciting dolphin tour. I had never been on a waverunner before, and am a bit of a chicken, while my friend had driven waverunners before and is a thrill seeker. Despite our differences, Sea Dawg managed to customize the tour to meet the needs of both of us. We saw dolphins, encountered manatees, learned about harbour environment, passed pelicans, comorants, and other sea birds, and had a blast playing in the water while I gained confidence on the wave runner. I loved that Sea Dawg spoke very good Spanish so that he could communicate better with my friend who spoke limited english. By the end of the tour, i was operating safely at speed with my thrill seeker friend. Next time I visit the florida gulf coast, i will stay longer at the resort and look forward to booking another waverunning adventure, as well as renting a kayak and standup paddle board for even more exploring.... The tour is free if you spend over $20 a person at the Parrot Key Carribean Grill. The restaurant has great food so it's easy to spend the 20 bucks. The tour itself is o.k. Just a ride in a huge pontoon style boat around the bay. To be honest, it was just meh for me, but if you're bored after dinner, it's something to do. Captain and first mate are nice and you can buy booze on the boat.
