My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Checking in was easy an efficient. The lady at the desk was so pleasant and professional. The room was spacious, quiet and cozy. We slept peacefully and woke up the next morning to a delicious breakfast. Checking out was quick and easy too. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the near future.

The hotel lobby is nice, but our room #258 is outdated and unattractive. Furthermore, it has a very thin door to an adjoining room, which we did not need. We heard loud voices and ended up knocking on that door to inform the neighbors that we could hear all that they said. We tried calling reception but no one answered. Lastly, we did not receive a key to the room. Reception claimed that the key machine was broken, so we had to be escorted to the room . We will not return to this hotel.

Nice room, 2 tvs, Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are provided. Microwave, small fridge with freezer shelf in room, plus a safe. There is a small gym and outdoor pool, shopping outlet across the street. Ample parking with a Dunkin Donut right outside the hotel. Room are quiet and cozy.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and gave me a nice relaxing feel. The breakfast area was clean and roomy. I will IHG would add bacon to the menu more frequently. The breakfast staff was polite.

when staying at the holiday inn express the overall atmosphere was a 10 out of 10. the breakfast was nice, the house cleaning stuff were through and helpful for anything we needed. when leaving our stay the checkout process was quick and very easy.

The only reason I chose this hotel was because it was close to a work meeting location. Never again. Got to my room and, upon noticing the no smoking sign on the desk, proceeded to smell the stench of smoke. Went to take a shower and the shower curtain and shower rod fell from the wall which resulted in water going all over the bathroom and hallway. Asked for more towel and was told they would bring those right up. I'm still waiting. Crumbs all over the desk. Scuffs and dents all over the room. Remote control for TV didn't work. Chargers in the room were nonexistent. Should have just slept in my car.

But the kicker for me was the customer service - or lack thereof. Upon checking out I asked for a printed copy of my receipt. Was told the printer was out of paper and I would have to have it emailed to me. I've now called the hotel 5 times and asked for an email receipt was have been told it would be emailed in the next 30 minutes....you guessed it - still waiting.

Just totally unacceptable all around.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast selection was great and tasted good, and there was plenty of room with the bedroom and the part of the room with the sofa bed/desk. There were a few random long hairs in the bathroom (I have short hair, so it was noticable) and the second floor smelled of marijuana, but the staff couldn't locate where the smell was coming from. Luckily the smell didn't waft into my room, but it was overpowering when you stepped off the elevator.

Very nice and polite staff. Very well dressed. The food was great and hot. Staff was very quick to help me with directions to get things I needed from out side the hotel evening staff I don't know her name but she always had a great smile
