Our stay was excellent. Kevin was on duty when we arrived an greeted us with genuine friendliness. The woman on duty in the morning aslo gave a friendly send off. They were nothing special or out of the ordinary about the service. It was what you'd expect. It was that it was embued with authentic warmth and porfessionalism. That is what made our stay memorable.

Hotel staff is super friendly and accommodating. Kevin was a great host on check in and made sure we had everything. Rooms are getting to be dated but everything works and it was comfy. Great place for when it was -8 outside.

While we only spent one night, staff made sure our stay was awesome. Because of bad weather, they worked with us for a late checkout. Laundry was an extra benefit. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!!

Very quiet, nice, clean, friendly hotel. They have AMAZING COOKIES in the afternoon and evenings. Carol, at the front desk, was so friendly and funny. She didn't count the number of cookies I had. ? It was very quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the deep bathtub, for my evening bath. Breakfast was very good. Thank you!

Overall, a good option for Alamosa. Rooms were clean and comfy. Could use a little updating, but met our needs for a quick weekend. The breakfast options were okay on Friday, but awful on Saturday and the staff could not keep up with guests so minimal selection.

The best part of our stay was Celina at the front desk! From the moment we walked in to the minute she left her shift, she was welcoming, friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to talk to! She recommended Lindo Jalisco for dinner...and it did not disappoint. She made sure we had what we needed...towels, water, fresh cookies!

We would stay here again if we knew Celina was on shift. 😉

Absolutely loved our stay here. I genuinely would stay here again and the staff was amazing. Even though it shares a divider with the dollar tree it is a very safe and quiet area. They also had quarters for their laundry machine and the machine was actually clean. I wish we had been able to stay longer and honestly the best hotel i've.

This hotel had the most exceptional service I have ever received anywhere. The gallery hosts, housekeeping, breakfast servers, every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was better than any other continental breakfast I've ever had. The staff was ON IT refilling everything.
Our room was very clean and we received great service while we were there. We also had a great view of the mountains from everywhere which adds value to the experience.
Walmart and dollar tree are right nearby in walking distance.
The hotel is about 40 minutes from Great Sand Dunes National Park which was our reason for visiting the area and it was the perfect spot.
I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know visiting the area.

We enjoyed our one night at this location. Staff were very friendly and helpful getting us going on the laundry lol. The pool and hot tub were clean and right across from our room so we had a relaxing time.

There is some traffic noise from being close to the highway but we slept well.
