Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The spacious rooms, ideal location, and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows made for a restful experience, while the clean bathrooms and lighted mirrors were perfect for getting ready each day. The hot breakfast was actually delicious (from sausage, bacon, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, and more), offering delicious new options daily, along with to-go bags for fruit and snacks. The in-room amenities like a fridge and microwave were incredibly useful, and the friendly front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond, even providing complimentary toiletries when needed and food suggestions. Although our work event kept us busy, we were able to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi and it was great since the weather outside was rainy. We even received a complimentary conference room for our group of 10+. Every one of us left impressed and satisfied. We would gladly stay here again.

Every part of our experience has been enjoyable. From the moment we walked in the staff was kind and pleasant. The complimentary cookies were delicious. The breakfast is a true hot breakfast with many options. But what made me decide to write this post and rave about this place is the customer service. We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday and didn't have anything to drink with our cake, Rebekah went out of her way to grab us some small milks to make sure we enjoyed. Then we had an issue with a rude neighbor, and Zea was Amazing!!!! She helped us resolve the problem and saved our night. I am so grateful for her and her help. Justin was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you Holiday inn and your staff! We will be back.

Very close to the airport, so very convenient for early morning flights out. Guests services staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby area had nice seating and fireplace. Rooms were super clean and generous size. Beds were comfortable and temp was easy to control. In-room microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker. Breakfast provided a wide variety of items that worked for people with food allergies, and was served early enough (6:30 a.m.) for early risers. Walking trails nearby, beautiful countryside around the property. Plenty of parking.

Rooms really need attention. Daylight really exposes what is going on here! I have stayed here at least 6 times. Each room has that "smell". It is leaky A/C smell, humidity smell, and that mildew smell. Please address this issue. I will move on to another hotel for future travel. Rooms are worn out!

I chose this hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport as I would need a shuttle when leaving. The staff was was very friendly and efficient throughout my three days there, regardless of shift or who was working. Day or night. I had a minor issue with my keycard assignment at check-in, but it was attended to promptly and very courteously. Summerthyme was great! The room was clean and quiet, and I was able to get great sleep both nights that I stayed there. I felt safe with my vehicle on the property as I'd heard that it could be broken into staying in any of the towns nearby, which is why I chose this hotel. Breakfast options were great and they changed it up each day for variety, still having great options. The young man in charge of the breakfast both days did a great job managing the area and made some of the best bacon I've had! The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to (unlike some hotels), and the TV was easy to cast to with my phone for streaming. Wi-Fi speed seemed great and I had no issues during my stay. All in all, a great, relaxing stay.
I've had to travel to Humboldt a few times and this will always be my go-to place to stay for safety, location and great service!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The girl at the front desk welcomed me up and had me checked in, in under 5 minutes. She explained a few things and even answered my questions. She even recommended my parking area. The room was clean and tidy. The outside area offered a BBQ and a fire to relax at your leisure. The kids enjoyed the in door heated pool. The hot tub was under construction, but that's OK. Am extra towel was needed in my room and they brought it promptly. The gentleman working breakfast in the morning had a smile, was friendly and even greeted tkj as you came down. He worked that whole area on his own with an amazing, positive attitude and kept everything coming on out. Check out was a breeze. Very pleasant stay.

When we are looking for Holiday Inn Express & Suites our main goals are location, service and great breakfast buffets. This Holiday Inn hit the tri-fecta. We believe that not only are the rooms important but especially the staff, because without them then all you have is a good room and food. So many of their staff went completely out of their way to make us comfortable and happy (Bonnie, Vanisty, Zea, Summer Thyme, Jen and everyone else I might have forgotten). I would love to give Orion Smith, Overnight Agent, an A++ because he really went out of his way to make me feel at home (I don't sleep a lot at night) and he was always making sure everything was ok and conversing with me while doing his job the entire time. The management is very lucky to have these employees on your staff, and we will be staying there again and recommending this Holiday Inn Express & Suites
