We arrived at the hotel on New Years Day after visiting with family and were greeted by very pleasant and welcoming staff. We were immediately impressed with the decorations around the lobby (and other public spaces). This was very much appreciated by my young children. The pool space was clean and welcoming with towels folded neatly on the (amble) tables. Breakfast was great with many options. Something small like having almond milk in the cooler went very far in making my family even more pleased. Overall wonderful experience and hope to incorporate a stay as a yearly tradition.

Lovely hotel, very clean, the housekeeping staff were amazing on the 4th floor. Breakfast was fresh and hot every day. The only negative was that the AC thermostat was not working in my room, so it was slightly annoying, having to keep manually turning it on and off with no temperature control.
I would happily stay again. The complimentary water for being a Diamond elite member was much appreciated, A+++++++

I Made reservation straight from the parking lot, it was so quick & easy! The two sweet girls working front desk were so kind and simply amazing!! I should have looked at their name tags! It was a blonde and a brunette. They were so friendly, even complimenting my nails. Every time I walked by front desk I was greeted with smiles! They also seemed to work very well with each other!!

Hello, I stay at a lot of hotels because I travel a lot. This place is nice and very clean. The staff is awesome; they are all so nice and bubbly. The maintenance guys are super kind. I had a few hiccups my first stay: my room key battery died, so I was wet and stuck outside my room for 30 minutes. They came to help me get in. They informed me of the issues, and, being so kind, I couldn't even get upset at the maintenance guys or staff. The next visit, I received a room with a saw left in it. I immediately FaceTimed my husband, asking him what the item was. He said they must be doing work. I called to let them know it was there; my husband said to me don't just put it in the hallway—it's a high-ticket item. So that room was a no-go. They upgraded me ASAP and apologized. I again couldn't be upset after unpacking and repacking in 5 minutes to exit the room. The reason I never got upset is that the maintenance staff, maid staff, front desk staff, and breakfast staff are all so kind and respectful. So thank you. I normally only get a room, for the hot tub, because my shops is in New Jersey and I travel back and forth daily. I come up to see my grandkids twice a week and enjoy seeing them in the hot tub with Glam-ma. So again, thank you. Keep up the awesome work!

Working elevator, clean nice room, free parking free Wi-Fi, the indoor pool is open from 5 AM to 10 PM so I got my morning swim, which was lots of fun, the free breakfast had a lot of variety and I didn’t feel like I needed to go to a restaurant to have a good meal, also location is great your nearby tons of great restaurants, the mall and plenty of entertainment options close by. And the staff was friendly and helpful. No problems at all. We also got the late check out for being a member of IHG.

The staff is as courteous as you can find. Anything you need they will make it happen. Rooms are clean and never have to question why they haven't been cleaned. Indoor pool for those that like. Great breakfast and great variety. Beautiful views top it off.

Loved the early breakfast on the weekend and the extended pool hours. I am frequently traveling when I stay and rarely get to eat breakfast on the weekend. It was also nice to know that we could go for an early morning dip before we left. AND there were enough towels for all four of us. THAT hardly ever happens. Highly recommend!

The Holiday Inn Express Dickson City demonstrates top of its category for conveience, cleanliness, and above all service. Rooms are well appointed, breakfast was ample (biscuits and gravy!), and amenities available. Above all, the staff made our large group feel welcomed and treated everyone, inlcluding the children, with respect. I cannot recommend them enough for displaying the real kind of human-centered customer service we all crave.
