Rooms were clean. Hotel was quiet and the staff was attentive when asked. Couldn’t ask for anything more on a business trip. It’s sometimes tough to find a hotel like this in smaller towns, so I was pleasantly surprised by how well the hotel was maintained.

Had a great time. The indoor pool is beautiful. Not very warm in the winter but still a nice option. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! A huge variety! Beautiful rooms very clean.

Family tragedy brought us here two weekends in a row and all I can say is Michael (3rd shift) is the most gracious and wonderful human being. My 11yr old daughter refers to him as her "bestie". We need more Michaels 🙏🏽👍🏽👏🏽 he made a difficult time easier wonderful staff all around clean hotel great breakfast

Called ahead and spoke to Brooke and she made sure notes were in the reservations.

Michael who works night audit really made you feel welcomed if you came through the forts from outside or just came downstairs. He even remembered your name. He also made sure there was hot water so I could have my nightly tea before bed. This really wow’s me throughout my stay

Staff was terrific. Friendly, helpful accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. Food was breakfast and options were good. The eggs tasted like the real thing. Rooms were spacious and clean with twin Queens. Toiletries were included as was refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Also, coffee and tea in the lobby with computer access. Gym with sufficient equipment and a lovely swimming pool for the kids

From check-in, this was a great stay after a long day. Staff (especially Michael) was friendly and welcoming!

I'll be back the next time I'm in the area! Very clean, too!

My biking buddy and I loved having access to the breakfast tables in the evening. We could relax and drink a beer with privacy. The staff was super supportive and all other areas. When we needed extra towels they were more than welcome to accommodate our request.

Positive: Our room was clean and comfortable. Negative: We had to ask to have our room cleaned and we had to ask for towels. The pool was cold. Staff was fine and our room was clean. It was not worth the price. We have stayed in much nicer hotels with better amenities for less.
