Stayed here for just one night for my daughter's volleyball tournament. The hotel is in great shape. Our room, the lobby and the breakfast area are all I can really speak to, but everything was clean, stain free and really kept up nicely. The gentleman who checked us in on Saturday evening was fantastic, very friendly and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was great, hot and cold items, a very nice free hotel breakfast. The little kids staying there absolutely loved watching the pancake making machines, which was cute. The crew running breakfast was definitely working hard, and they kept up with all the demand on a Saturday morning. Also, every staff member we came in contact with was very polite and friendly. Cannot find one bad thing to say about this place - Thank you!

I always have a great time when I visit this hotel. The facilities are very clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is awesome! My one suggestion is that there be a way to leave monetary tokens of appreciation to the food and nutrition staff. They are very helpful, patient and are always on top of the needs of the visitors. The breakfast alone is worth the trip, especially when you have children.

We stayed here from for 3 nights .. From the moment we checked-in till when we checked-out the staff & service were excellent. Rooms were clean and as described as photos, morning breakfast buffet had lots of variety and food was fresh and clean. There was a lot of parking free of charge, and the area was quiet, safe and close to the train station. The location did not have much around , and its approx 30-40min car ride to downtown depending of the day. Overall awesome stay would highly recommend.

Stayed here with my wife and three teens for a mini Philly vacation. The suite room fit all five of us with the sofa bed in the living area. Only one bathroom but does have a mini fridge and two TVs. The room was clean enough. The breakfast was pretty good, the expected Holiday Inn free breakfast items. The service was very good. I talked to several staff over the three days I was there, the ones at night time. They were all very informative, casual, and friendly. They told me how and where to catch the SEPTA (it's in the back of the hotel about 3 minute walk which was super convenient and runs on the hour to Jefferson Station City Center for $7 per person. You can pay the conductor when he comes along while inside the train. I think the last train out was 9 pm and the last train in was 11 pm? But don't quote me on that). One night my boys and i got a pizza at Rosario's down the street and brought it back to the lobby to eat and play some cards. It was nice and friendly. Breakfast had a mix of families on vacay and some business people. It was about a 35 min drive into Philly on the day we did drive in.

The hotel is close to a train station which can take you to Philadelphia or a nice small town named Doylestown. Starbucks is right next door which was great. The hotel was quiet but very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was also really good to my surprise. I think the only “negative” thing I would have to say was the heating and ac unit. It took some time to get the room to warm up but once it did, the room was toasty. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. I almost wanted to ask front desk where the pillows came from because they were THAT comfortable. Overall, a great hotel in a nice and quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great for a short weekend for my mom's birthday. Thank you to the staff that decorated her room for me while we were out. It was a great surprise. Breakfast was amazing. Big applause to rhe ppl who work in rhe kitchen area. Food was good. Front desk helpful & rooms were clean and smelling good. Great Job to the whole staff.

This is a solid hotel, and it stands out among others in the chain which tend to be a little south of mediocre. My room was very clean, right down to the mattresses. The work area was ample. There is a nice closet area and a place off to the side to throw a big suitcase for easy access. The heat was a little wonky: the room felt cold below 72 degrees, but to get the heat to 72 you had to set the thermostat to 74. Sometimes the room was roasting and others it was freezing, but overall it was livable.

A standout feature of the hotel is the breakfast. It's a well laid out spread with 2 different kinds of eggs (scrambled and a rotating item like omelets), hot cinnamon buns, croissants, bagels, pancakes, potatoes, meat (bacon, turkey sausage), oatmeal, oranges, bananas, and more. There are also gluten free options and dairy alternatives. It's a step above the usual. The fresh ground coffee machine was my favorite.

There is a computer for guests with a complimentary printer in the lobby. All the staff I interacted with were kind and attentive.

I was able to get to downtown Philadelphia in half an hour on Friday morning. Altogether it was a good stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return on future trips to Philly.

The rooms were clean. Loved the great customer service as well! The cons for me is that the parking is HORRIBLE! If you have an elderly with you, this isn’t the place for you. I have been here twice and both times I had to park in the back of the hotel. I’ve never gotten a parking spot in the front of the building. Also, the outlets next to the bed did not work which was unfortunate since there wasn’t another place for me to plug my wall charger close by. I ended up having to charge my phone by the desk. Also, the tv is not a smart tv and I forgot my Roku. I honestly haven’t been in a hotel that didn’t have a smart tv in sooo long! We ended up having to watch cable which was ultra boring! Also the light in the bathroom surrounding the mirror kept flickering so we just kept that light off for the remainder of our stay. All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay, just not the greatest.
