This hotel is in a great location. 15 minute walk to downtown, or 2 minute drive. Food options all over. 10 minutes from Bass Pro Shop and about 10-15 from the wildlife areas where you can fish! The rooms are nice and the water pressure is on point. The best part for me was the service. Miss Nola was not only helpful but she was incredibly pleasant to work with when we arrived. She helped us get into our rooms and answered every question with a smile! She is the kind of person that makes sure you pick that hotel everytime you come back to visit.

Great Holiday inn Express. Nice clean and presentable. Helpful and friendly staff. Full variety for breakfast, there were towels in the gym and water also. So many other Holiday inn Expresses are dropping the ball in this respect. I even noticed they had an airport shuttle parked out front for those needing a lift.

Beautiful renovated hotel. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast had a great variety of food. Staff very friendly. I even saw a shuttle van for Huntsville Airport.

Very clean rooms,excellent showers. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Price point is get what you pay for. Not too sure about parking lot, some not to great people wander thru.

To start, the hotel itself is great, but what stands out is the service we received when we showed up looking for a room at 2:30am after our previously booked hotel didn't have anyone at their lobby to check us in (long story, the GM knew we were going to be there at about 0100, the police were called and the office area was searched. No employee was found). Holly was on duty that night and she was so sweet and understanding. She had ONE room available and was able to get us checked in quickly and with a huge smile and nice conversation. THANK YOU HOLLY!!
Otherwise the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot, tasty and fresh. Very nice place to stay!

Very nice, updated Holiday Inn property. Rooms and bathrooms were nice, and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was good and included healthy options like DF egg white - vegetable omelets and turkey sausage patties along with more traditional biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage links + a pancake bar. It is in a decent part of town (not dumpy, not upscale). My only complaint is the lack of signage on the property. The driveway in is all but impossible to see (look for a mailbox in between some restaurants and turn there.) They do have a secret drive out that makes getting back onto the interstate a breeze, but it also should be marked. All in all, it is a nice hotel that is reasonably priced in a nice area of AL that I will visit again.
