Price is steep for what you get. If this was $20 - $30 less per night, easily 5 stars. The rooms are clean and spacious. Have all the basic requirements checked.

The elevator wasn't working when I went and looking at the other reviews, it still isn't working a month later.

Breakfast was pretty decent compared to other hotels at a similar price point. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Front desk staff were super friendly. When asked for restaurant suggestions, they were quick to provide some useful options.

You definitely need a car to get around here. There is nothing useful within walking distance of the hotel.

Let me start by saying the front desk staff was phenomenal! Polite and super helpful they were friendly they are above and beyond expectation! When I travel I stay with IHG because of properties like this one! The rooms were clean and fresh, the bathroom was spotless and the entire property was clean. While access to it from the main road at night was bit tricky. once I found the turn around points it was no problem at all.

In summary I will 100% stay at this location again and for those who are looking for an excellent stay. BOOK HERE!

This hotel has professional and very helpful workers who are friendly and go beyond kindness. The beds are very comfortable and able to relax and enjoy your stay. They have Dove products in their bathrooms. The breakfast is a variety of many choices-never go hungry. The area has multiple choices of foid for anything you may crave. Definitely recommend this hotel. Anytime I am in Florida this will be my go to hotel to stay. The only thing that was a problem was the elevators were out and had to walk up steps.

I have stayed here many times. Never had a problem. Normal hotel service. When booking my hotel I tried to go a little less expensive and what a huge mistake that was. So I arranged to move to Holiday Inn after 1 day. This time it was outstanding.

Heather at the service desk went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. She went out of her way to find the best solution for my particular situation which was very chaotic for 48 hours prior. I have traveled a lot and have never experienced an employee that took such pride and care in her job as Heather. Working in a customer service business, I understand it takes to make a positive impact on a person in their daily life. Not everybody has that gift, Heather absolutely has that gift.

Thank you, Heather for your amazing work and caring heart. I will never make the same mistake again by going somewhere else you have cemented my loyalty to this location.

Good place - I would use this hotel again when visiting relatives in the area. The elevator was out when we visited - but we knew ahead of time because the hotel contacted us the day before to let us know - and change our reservation if need be. I appreciated that. Our room was clean and comfortable and parking was easy. Nice place.

Have been staying here every year at same time of the year for a family thing for last 9 or 10 years. Out of those 9 years I was inconvenienced one when they had a hot water problem. Hey, things break. Is consistently a great place to stay but this last stay put them over the top. I have a mobility issue and they were very accommodating. Everyone that works there from housekeeping to the breakfast , and that's free breakfast, lady are so polite and always saying hello and asking if there's anything that you need. The front desk staff. The best. Beth, Heather and Max make you feel like your coming home when you walk in. See you all soon.

I enjoyed my stay from Friday to Sunday. The breakfast was amazing. I loved the biscuits and gravy early in the morning then I layed back down and slept like a baby on the king size bed. We woke up to get ready for my cousins wedding. We enjoyed ourself but couldn't wait to come back shower and lay on the bed. Thank you for a great weekend.

Stayed at the hotel while visiting my son in Springhill. I have to say that this Holiday Inn Express was the nicest I have ever stayed in. While our room faced the street on the first floor, it was quiet. The afternoon/evening hotel person was kind, and extremely good at her job. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you to the hostess for serving a great selection of breakfast choices; one of them being my favorite. The hotel will definitely be our go to place on return visits.
