The room was clean enough, but the pumps in the shower for soap, shampoo, and conditioner were all broken. There were no washcloths in the room, so we had to go to the front desk and ask for some at 11 pm when we arrived. There also were no sheets or blankets for the pull-out couch bed. The breakfast was good

We came in and from all appearances the hotel looked ok, not great but ok. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when we arrived so we took a handicapped room. That’s no big deal. We got off the elevator and saw the carpeting was stained and dirty looking. We came into our room and the carpet looked the same, dirty and stained! Dust was all over the deal, the night stand table, dirt was everywhere! The bathroom was even worse. Horrible, filth everywhere! The towels had stains on them.
I could on but by now you get the point. Stay away from this dump!

I’ve sent an email requesting a full refund. I’m a lifetime Bonvoy Premier Elite member and should have stayed on the Texas side of the line and had a clean room!

Wonderful time here. Felt right at home and taken care of by Irhonda. Our microwave was broken and she helped us microwave our sons bottle and my husbands dinner. She was ready with blankets and towels unpin request, all while being alone tonight. Guest laundry and ice machine on each floor was so nice. I gave the lower rating because the room and common areas were dirty. I am in construction so I noticed the sloppy punch list items, as well as the microwave being broken, a paper TV guide, a very not stocked market area. Felt clean, but makes me think, what else did the skim over?

Just passing through pick this hotel, I am a diamond member so it has been my preference to stay in a Holiday Inn but lately it’s been either a hit and miss with a Holiday Inn for me so I’ve been going to a different hotel branch but I figured Ill give IHG another chance, and to be honest again I was disappointed the hotel looked decent from the outside. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice, but the elevator seemed a little off weird then I came into my room and discovered toothpaste on my sink with hair also trash in my garbage can and counters were sticky. I do carry wipes with me so I wipe down the counters and the remote. My wipes were black so I could tell this room was not clean very well. I did call the front desk. She was helpful and did say she can come up and clean it up for me, but to be real honest, it has been a very long day. I checked the bed. At least the bed was decent, so I just lay down on the bed did not want to touch anything or shower just sleep and be on my way. I will most likely not be staying here again.

The listing said it was recently remodeled. Ours was more like it was in the process of being remodeled. Tile separating from the wall in the bathroom. The shower/ tub needed some work. The pool was not available and needed work. The gate to the pool is broke. Our room for wouldn't shut all the way without pulling on it.

All I want to say is the manager Kariaan Beamer is an absolute jerk. I was overcharged on 2 rooms by 10 days. She was literally psychotic and was making up stories about our behavior while there and how long we stayed. We checked out at the front desk earlier than the original reservation, left the hotel and they just kept on charging away. Literally fraud. After reading review after review of others she has ripped off with over charge, I wasn't surprised that she tried to do that to me as well. Lol. But, in the end of her denying a refund and telling her whacky tales, I won by having my credit card company go after the money. Lol. Sweet satisfaction to put her on blast personally. She doesn't deserve to be called a manager of a lemonade stand. Whoever hired her should be fired right along with her.

The pool is broken. The pipes froze during the winter. We given an excuse about Expedia not wanting to change the post, then heard the truth from employees not behind the desk. The breakfast was okay, but even going down early left us missing items every morning. Broken pancake machine and no milk were two.

Beds were comfy, and loved the layout of the room we were in (mirrors, counters, charging places). Breakfast was decent too and they again had ample charging spots in the breakfast dining area too. Very nice experience!
