Great location for a welcoming facility. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Super perks for Diamond Elite status. Gracious staff. Enjoyable indoor heated pool and spa. Outdoor pool closed for the season but looks very inviting! Haven’t tried the onsite grill yet but anticipate it will be yummy. Lots of things to do and places to eat and shop within walkable distance.

The room was great! Beds were comfy and bathroom had Dove products for the bath and sink! Toilet sits low to the ground but worked. We could hear everyone’s conversation walking down the hall and that was a little annoying.

We were excited about the free breakfast to only be disappointed at the taste and quality. There were barely any eggs. No bacon. Fried potatoes were bland, no seasoning. Biscuit was hard and French toast sticks were not edible.

We have had wonderful experiences with other IHG entities. This experience at Holiday Inn Research Park completely disappointed us. We were in town for a weekend getaway, and was looking for a comfortable place to stay. The check in experience was not pleasant, and our assigned room was dirty. WiFi was slow. We have been rewards members for years and was not recognized, instead given a room beside the maintenance closet. We would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved the location. Everything was clean and comfy! The room doors were a little loud even trying to close them quietly. Otherwise we recommend and will stay again.

The staff team are impressed competent and are careful with any questions or help that you need it. At the bar also they have an excellent team with great food and beverage. I also need to say thank you for the cleaning team that worked hard and leave my room fresh and clean every time.

Overall, the hotel was quite good. Just two concerns... something in our room set off our allergies every day. We'd leave and be fine; come back in and we'd start sneezing. It seemed worse when the HVAC unit ran, so maybe that needs cleaning out.

The other concern was the food. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, but the quality wasn't very good. We weren't expecting top-level stuff for $15, but this wasn't even worth going back a second time. That was disappointing, especially since the weather was unusually cold during our visit, and not having to go out to look for breakfast would have been nice.

Other than those two things, we had a very nice stay. It's a good facility in a convenient location.

Positive: Great location Negative: Bathroom did not have ventilation fan so fogged up quickly and had condensation on ceiling. Can see where mold has built up over time. Also stated came with free breakfast and I only got breakfast vouchers for one day even though I booked for two nights

Location location location! We walked to the concert at the Orion from here and it was such an easy walk and cool area! The hotel let us check in almost 2 hours early for free which was a HUGE perk after being on the road and needing to sleep pre concert. They were so accommodating and messaged to check in before the trip to see if we needed anything.
