Gave the room a 4 because the door seemed like it was broken into before and my folks didn't seem comfortable. As far as the service goes, the second day, there were no new towels replacing the used towels and the beds weren't made, left me to assume the room wasn't cleaned at all. Other than that the stay was great! Shout out to Laura and Velma for the awesome southern hospitality at breakfast. Very polite, courteous and professional!

We have stayed here before. I was pleased to see that the Renovated Rooms turned out so good. Nice touches all the way around. Quinn at the Front desk was so Nice to my Sister. Lynda was running the Breakfast Duties. It was Better than Perfect. We definitely will be Back.

I had an opportunity to stay at this place for two days as I travel for business. I was incredibly impressed with the courteous nature of everyone from the front desk, the staff at the restaurant/bar as well as Lynda, the server at breakfast.

I am a bit picky on the cleanliness of a hotel and this one was very clean and up to date. Would recommend staying here for sure.

When my husband checked us in he was pleasantly surprised to find out how well they recognize our veterans with a discount. Our room was very clean, the bed & pillows were so comfortable. There was a well stocked coffee pot, clean microwave & refrigerator. If we are ever through here again it will be a definite stop. Thank you all for your hard work & dedication from management to housekeeping to kitchen staff to grounds keepers IT SHOWS!

Amazing service and hotel. Was broken down here and called in the morning to see if I could get into a room early and Quinn at the front desk was so helpful! Service was amazing, rooms were very clean, lobby and hallways as well. Just overall a great experience. Having the pool all to myself too was awesome. I wish I knew the name of the lady who was working the front desk last night and this morning, along with her male coworker (possibly manager) because they were also outstanding and just such a pleasure to speak with. Thank you all for making my bad situation a bit better with your exceptional service!

From the moment we stepped in to check out the stay was wonderful. The lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and slept amazing in the very comfortable bed. We were hoping to relax in the hot tub but discovered the hot tub was gone. (Maybe up date the photo's because it still shows there is one) Overall great experience.

Very nice hotel. Excellent staff. Breakfast was exceptional. Lynda is just an awesome host. Makes sure you start off your day on a positive note. I expected the eggs to be standard powdered fare. But, they were fantastic. Thank you Mandy.

LOVED this hotel. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the service is great! I needed dish soap to wash my babies bottles and the ladies in the front brought be a whole cup of soap from the kitchen and even offered to put them through the dishwasher. The breakfast was very good and the waitress was so sweet. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a hotel in the area!
