This may have been the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in and I've traveled a lot with Holiday Inn's always my "go-to" stay place. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the bed comfy! But the best part was the restaurant was exceptional. I know, sometimes hotel restaurants aren't great and I was skeptical about eating there but after traveling all day we were too tired to go further so we gave it a shot. I started with a local beer on draft that was excellent and I hate that I can't remember the name of it but it was a lite larger and delicious. We started with an egg roll appetizer that was yummy. My travel mate had the wings which he said were very good and I had the Tuscan chicken over pappardelle with a side salad. The noodles were so good I would have ordered them every night if we'd stayed longer. The dinner was as good as any nice restaurant I've dined at...and I'm a food junkie. The waitress was friendly and efficient. To top it off we elected to enjoy the breakfast bar and I can't enough good about that either. Again, definitely better than the usual hotel restaurant. I should mention that this hotel was also very low priced compared to other Holiday Inns. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The location is excellent. Free parking, nice rooms, but the toilet is too low. I have a bad back and a replaced knee and it was a bit difficult to use the toilet. The pool area is very nice. The water was very chilly and the hot was not hot at all. The on-site restaurant & lounge was very good. The food was excellent. Had booked the breakfast with my stay and it was well worth it. I would recommend this establishment for business and leisure.

I've been staying at this hotel for about 10 years now, combination business and family. Each visit is very pleasant, from the time I check in until departure. All staff members are approachable and helpful. The room is always clean, the hotel in general is spotless. The food is excellent.

I'd like to especially mention three people: Charlie at the front desk, Hope inthe bar and bistro, and Sonny in the breakfast/lunch restaurant. All are so professional, welcoming and hard-working.

The food was amazing at the hotel! Sound level of people in the hall could be improved, the vacuum should not be going early in the morning. Drapes should be able to close all of the way for privacy. Shower was a bit slippery (not cleaned properly) and the water in the shower took forever to get warm.
However, I would recommend this hotel because of the staff, food, convenience of the location and comfortable bed.

I recommend this hotel without reservation. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The main issues for any poor ratings if from the fact that the heater fan was excessively loud and prevented us from having a great night sleep. This is most likely room specific and an cannot comment about this issue as it pertains to any other room. Also the toilet flusher handle broke during the stay. It was fixed promptly and the toilet was usable, but they clearly installed to handle wrong and it was difficult to use (but usable). Food was on par with (definitely on the higher end but within the scope of) other hotels that offer free breakfast, however here it is not complementary but they charged extra for breakfast. That said it was satisfactory and I had no complaints about it.

Overall it was a pretty mid experience. Every employee we talked to was extremely friendly, they get an A+ for service. The rooms were okay, a little outdated and could use some renovations but I think I saw somewhere that they're working on that. The view from our room was really nice, we could oversee the city and it was really pretty at night. Breakfast was not included with our stay though, which I thought was odd. I went to grab an orange juice but was stopped and told to talk to the desk first to see if our package included it. I don't think I've ever been to a hotel that doesn't include it haha. They told us it would be about $14/person to get the breakfast.

The cleanliness of this hotel was meticulous and the breakfast was delicious. Variety of food to choose from. Pool was heated and there is a spa and sauna.

The service was exceptional, friendly and welcoming. I asked the lady with red hair at reception in the morning for coffees to go as they had cleaned up before I had made one. She was very nice and brought two for us.

Secure parking located at the top of a hill with panoramic views. 10/10 for this place.

Beds were incredibly comfortable.

I had such good interactions with the front desk staff. They were extremely friendly and I had great conversations with them. My room was clean and the bed was great to sleep in. The was not a lot of noise and I was able to sleep during the day. I was working overnights and using the hotel to sleep during the day between shifts. No one disturbed me and I was able to sleep comfortably.
