What an amazing stay with my family and I. The rooms were fully rennovated. The futniture was brand new. Loved how firm the mattress were amazing for my back. Walking distance from the beach. My favorite part was their pool. Its huge! Even if everyone in the hotel wanted to go in at the same time you would still be in comfortably. Restaurants were also super close abd the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Needed extra towels and in less than 5minutes rhe towels were delivered to our room. Will definately be staying here again!

I book last minute knowing that they been hit by hurricanes Helen and Milton in September and October 2024. The room was great even though the kitchen and bathroom needed refresh. However for one night it was nice. Staff was super friendly and ready to help. For sure when I’ll come back from Switzerland, I’ll check first third offre.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my room—I loved the huge TV, the mattresses, and how clean and beautiful everything was.
I will definitely come back because the staff was super friendly and attentive.
The hotel had parking, and I was able to park at a very good price. Parking in the area is extremely expensive, so the hotel’s option at $15 per day seemed very reasonable to me.

I can not emphasize enough how great of a stay we had at Holiday Isles Resort- from the staff to the rooms, everything was excellent and very well maintained. The rooms were super clean and the pool was beautiful. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back when in Madeira Beach!!

We booked Holiday Isles Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida, through Expedia, trusting its 7.2 "Good" rating and the carefully selected photos on the site. However, the reality was nothing like what was advertised—it felt more like a motel in disrepair than a resort.||At $330 per night for three nights, we expected at least basic comfort, but the stay was awful. If we hadn't paid so much it was almost comical. The beds were extremely hard, and the shower never got hot, fluctuating between cold and lukewarm. The bathroom outlet had burn marks, and the outlet near the bed was coming out of the wall, which was a safety hazard. The bedding was stained, and both the bathroom and kitchen were dirty—none of which was shown in the online images. The room was never turned over during our stay, and the towels had iron stains, which added to the overall lack of cleanliness. Keep in mind looking at the pictures this was $330 per night. The prices do fluctuate and you can get it for less but it is still not worth it.||We understand that the area was affected by a hurricane and that many hotels were working to reopen. However, they should have ensured each room was in acceptable condition before moving on to fix others. Instead, it felt like they rushed to fill bookings without making sure the rooms were actually livable. The condition of the hotel seems to have changed significantly since then, so if you're researching hotels, make sure to check the most recent reviews instead of relying on outdated ratings.||If we had wanted to request a refund or a different room, it would have been difficult because there is hardly a reception area and no reception staff. When you contact them they send one of the hotel construction workers down. Security was also a concern since the main door barely latched and didn’t fit the doorway properly. The outside seating areas were often occupied by smokers, making it unpleasant just to walk to our room.||The only decent thing was the pool was kept up nice, but since it wasn’t heated, it was nearly unusable in late February.||Overall, this stay completely dampened an otherwise good vacation, and we regret trusting Expedia’s misleading listing. I would never recommend this hotel—or using Expedia—to anyone.

Great Place. Close to everywhere, nice pool. One of the few places that re-opened after October 2024 hurricanes. Reasonable price compare to other locations. I was looking for all over the place and I didn't find anything like this for the price I payed. Clean and nice staff in uniform.

The staff was really nice and ready to help. I was there for only one night but the bed was super confortable but after the various hurricane, it wasn’t expressed to have something that great.

Honestly, next time I cross the ocean, I will for sure check with them the availability and prices. 👍🏻

This was an amazing location, clean and efficient. The room had all you would need and the customer service was beyond impressive. We were well looked after and despite us showing up early the friendly staff was able to get us into a room so we could go across the street and enjoy the beach. I would highly recommend this resort if you are visiting the area. The restaurant next door was open. For all meals and was very convenient
