This was my favorite motel that I’ve ever stayed at in Delaware. The people were so nice the house cleaning lady she’s awesome and she has a lot of stories history about the Hollywood Motel. It’s really cool to chill with her. She makes you feel very welcome if you need anything, all you have to do is ask most people live there and that’s their home but they’re very friendly if I had to choose any place to stay at in Delaware this would be my number one place. I loved it there. I had the most fun there and they work with you with payment and stuff you just gotta make sure that you pay it, but they will work with you. The people that work. There are very respectful and nice and it’s a very quiet calm relaxing place. And you’re pretty close to Wawa. And they’re very reasonable prices not too bad. I definitely had a great time when I was there a few times I was it’s memories. I will never forget if you haven’t been here. You will love it. I have no complaints. I had a great time.

I needed to go here out of desperation. I'm in-between homes and have pets. So this is a last resort. I had no issues I work so I came and went. But the Crack heads are ridiculous. I mean there where babies crawling on the nasty ground. It was so sad. Not judging cause I rented a room and we all go through hardships sometimes but my it's just sad. I pray for them as I do myself.

I came to know that this motel is newly renovated so I wanted to check it out. The rate was very reasonable. I found that the room was clean and comfortable (I stayed for 7 nights) and the room included a microwave and fridge. They had smoking and non smoking rooms which I was pleased with since other motels near by did not have non smoking rooms. The staff was very helpful and the clientele was decent and friendly. I got daily room service with no problem, I'd definitely come back! I recommend this newly renovated motel.

This place totally sucks. my boyfriend and I stayed there for 2 nights and it was horrible. when we first got to the room it looked decent . until I looked in the bathroom . public restrooms looked better than that. the covers had holes in them, there were Roche's on the headboard which eventually got on the bed, the faucet and the showerhead were completely loose, the staff wasn't friendly and I don't know if it had something to do with being an interracial couple or what . but either way you're supposed to treat your guest with respect. the only thing that wasngood about it was their soda machine .I totally wouldn't recommend this place .the cleaning lady smokes while cleaning which defeats the purpose . and anyone on here who gave it a good review obviously works for the motel to bring in more people. you've been warned

Not clean. The maid and security guard are very helpful but the rooms are not up to date the t.v. is ancient some of the walls have holes in them they have a big trash dumpster in the middle of the parking lot the paint outside is old and ugly they have big holes in the sidewalk where there used to be hedges. I would never recommend this place to anyone but if you do have to stay there please allow the nice security guard or the nice maid to help you because the people in the office are rude.

This property is probably the nicest "no-frills" motel in New Castle,DE. Its newly renovated and clean. The rates are very reasonable. Good choice of TV channels with Direct TV. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET was a huge plus for me. In-Room Fridges. Non-smoking and Smoking room choice. Free parking and close by nice restaurants and shopping area. I was here for a few weeks and the customer service was genuine and caring. Got room service everyday and trash got taken out. Thank you very much. See you next time!

I advise anyone, DO NOT STAY AT OR BETTER YET GO TO THE HOLLYWOOD MOTEL! That place should seriously be shut down!!! It's roach infested, stinking, and nasty!!! I checked out right after I checked in! The place is unreal! There were bugs flying around the lights, crawling on the walls, and on the bed! To top it all off there was a crack pipe over the bathroom door! I'D ADVIS ANYONE OUT THERE NEVER STAY THERE NOR GO THERE! KEEP ON DRIVING!!!

Best friend is actually staying there because he has a lot going on and that's the only place he can go right now and it's kind of like room in a horror movie. I happen to love horror movies but in reality I would probably go insane staying in that room and doesn't have a lot to do or go out so he's pretty much stuck there and funny to say the maintenance guy happened to be walking by while we were talking outside of the room and you said hello and he asked what we thought of the place. I am a very direct person and will tell anyone exactly what I think and in his response to my very graphically detailed discription of the room and that there were no phones in the rooms and the TV was broken. He just smiled and said "This place is hell!" We laughed but it's really not funny not at this point. If you plan on ending your life this would be the place to do it! I don't know where the pictures I took went maybe a demon confiscated them through my phone but when I get them all edit this review just so you have the visual.
