I’ve been working with Home Instead for almost 8 months in caring for my mom .The care pros overall have been great, the home office crew has been so supportive on the phone, ( lots of calls !) that I HAD to go hug them in person when I was in the area.
Whenever I’ve called with any concerns, they address them immediately and professionally.
The biggest blessing has been the beautiful relationship and genuine friendship my mother has formed with one of the care pros.

Home Instead has been helping provide home assistance for my elderly mom and disabled brother for 6 months. They have been very attentive to their needs and keep me posted on any concerns that may occur. They provide a daily log on what has happened each day and monthly calls for any issues we may need to discuss or change. The office staff is also outstanding, and always ready to help. Highly recommend if you need home assistance.

Home Instead was the second care-giving organization that we worked with. For most of a year we worked with another, much less pleasing organization. When they didn't work out, the VA, who was sponsoring my husband as a veteran, switched us to Home Instead. They have a stunningly good reputation, both as caregivers and as employers.

I have been most pleased with the people they have sent to help us out. They are all honest, reliable, smart and very caring people. I have nothing bad to say about any of them. They keep a running diary of what happens, so I always know what occurred when I've been out and return, which is quite reassuring. The caregivers will always chip in and help me with light housekeeping chores as I am old and not as spry as I used to be. When necessary, they can be quite flexible to accommodate scheduling issues and unexpected things that might disrupt any other group. Their office staff calls to let me know the schedules and to check that we are happy with their service. We have become good friends with our main caregiver, Elaine, who is a most interesting person and especially dedicated to her clients. Frankly, they're all wonderful to work with. I couldn't be happier with Home Instead. (A special "Thank you!" to Bobbi.)

Needing care of elderly mom who wanted to live independently in her own home as long as possible, I found Home Instead thru Care.com. The aide is amazing, going above & beyond care. Also communication with the office, caregiver and myself has been fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience with Home Instead. The caregivers who worked with my mother (who is 86 and has dementia) were warm and caring women who went above and beyond every time they came to my parents' home. Not only did they provide excellent care for my mother, they also took my father's needs into consideration. The caregiver's were reliable, well-trained and experienced so they knew how best to help my mother. After a short-time, the caregivers essentially became part of our family.

The Home Instead office staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. Whenever I called, the office staff genuinely wanted to know how both my mother and father were doing and how everything was working out. Home Instead also publishes a periodic news letter that's provides a lot of helpful information.

I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone who is looking to have an experience similar to ours.

Home Instead was a huge help when I needed assistance with my loved one. The office staff was great with keeping me updated and they all knew the details of our situation--even as it changed with time. I felt like they really cared about my family and were working hard to create a safe and fun experience for my Mom. The caretakers we worked with were wonderful. Each had different talents and strengths, but they all brought good things to their visits with my Mom. They knew what was needed, and went out of their way to help Mom stay in her home as long as possible. Working with Home Instead was a really good experience.

Home Instead cared for friends years ago who now are deceased. When I need to have some help, I wrote to their niece who lives in Florida to see if she could remember who the very smart, kind, thoughtful, caring people were who too such good care of her old Aunt and Uncle. She not only remembered all these many years later, but she knew their names and had addresses and still kept in contact with some of the caregivers! I think that says a lot for these still very kind and thoughtful people and well-run business.

Posting on behalf of my mom, Nancy, and me. We had a very good experience with Home Instead during my husband's/dad's illness. The aides were so good to him, and he looked forward to them coming each day. Thank you to Elaine, Shanda, Vicki, and Miriam. The office staff was helpful whenever I called in and was able to talk to a real person - never to an answering machine!
