The staff was polite. The hotel itself was immaculately clean! The gym, pool area, and laundry room were great! the lobby smelled great and inviting.The room was awesome and very clean, including a kitchenette area with large fridge dishwasher and dishes cups plates bowls and silverware! The room was spacious, king bed and sofa area... large tv felt like a real studio apartment.! Perfect relaxing atmosphere after during a long trip. Will visit again!

Nice hotel with lots of restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. Checking in and out was easy, and the room was very spacious. Only minor complaints are that the shower was a little dirty and the carpet felt a bit dirty the few times I walked on it without shoes on, but it was nothing major. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed at. I waited until 8 pm on a Sunday night to get my room because "it was being cleaned." The toilet seat had urine on it, the shower was full of hair and the bath mat was dirty. Additionally the kitchen area was disgusting, smears all over everything. I was there for 6 days and they didn't even offer to come clean the room!! Oh but they we "so nice", gave me 5,000 of the 168,000 points back. Horrible facility and management!!!!!!!!

What a bad experience and we just got here! Alarm rang over night and again in the morning, poor breakfast, not enough for all guests, no bacon,cold food, when we had something to pick from, the shower is not working well. All set for a great weekend no doubt. We came with a large group of people but we will ensure to inform the organization about this experience.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. No towels even here after I showered in my hotel room for the first night. No water available to even purchase. I will absolutely never stay here again. There’s mold in the shower curtain. I can’t believe the state of this hotel.

Location isn't bad. There's food close by. I gues there's construction happening in some of the rooms and one night they were bagging, why, not sure, but it was annoying.

They also could do a better job to hide the caulking around the shower. The shower doors also need to fixed as well as the shower heads. Because you can't adjust the shower head, it sprays the wall cause it leak from the shower. The bathroom is rather tight and the bathroom door is heavy and too close to the toilet.

Breakfast could also be better.

WARNING: This location hires thieves, dishonest housekeepers, and incompetent Management. After realizing we left items behind in our room we contacted hotel staff (Shaundra) who indicated they had the items and would set them aside. We followed up the next day with the Gen Mgr (Trayvon?) as we were instructed to determine best way to retrieve items and he was clueless. Said to call back next day after he talked to Mgr of Housekeeping. After several days of incompetence and run around we were informed the items were gone and nobody knows what happened. Repeated attempts to contact Home2Suites via social media outlets also received the run around. Bottom line, they had the items, an employee stole the items and now everybody is silent.

On top and aside from this- let me add this location has declined substantially since opening. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and the last several times have been bad and steadily declining. Fire alarms at early am hours, vacuuming hallways at 8pm, no breakfast items or always out of key items etc. You stay at a place because you come expect a certain standard of service. This location no longer meets that standard. So many other places to stay in the area - AVOID THIS PLACE

The room was clean and had everything we were looking for in a one night stay over on our drive home from FL. Breakfast left something to be desired though. The breakfast bar was set up very oddly with butter and cream cheese far from the items you would use them for. The sausage and bacon were very greasy and obviously microwaved. There were no scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. They ran out of syrup for the waffles. Friendly staff, but the breakfast was just so-so.
