Excellent hotel to stay with family. Nice location easily accessible . Rooms are clean and spacious for a family of 4. Our room had 2 queen beds and one sofa bed even though had enough room to set up a decent size rolling dining table which was under the cabinet. Room had all the necessary stuff like microwave, fridge, utensils and even dishwasher. Breakfast was very nice including cereal to eggs, bread, bagels, bacon/cheese/eggs and waffles maker. Coffee available 25 hours in the lobby.

Overview: I stayed for a few nights in a 2 queen bed room.

Cleanliness: The room itself felt clean until I did a bed check, which showed quite a bit of hair on one of the beds. Hair was found all over the sheets and pillows. Not sure if they weren’t changed or what. The other bed was fine.

Environment: there was a green light that flashed all night and day. Unsure what it was for or why it was needed, but it was very annoying and bright. If you’re a light sleeper impacted by brightness, steer clear!

Overall, there are some other hotels with similar pricing that I’d be more inclined to go to after this experience.

We stayed in a king one bedroom suite for a long weekend over Christmas. Our suite was spacious and extremely clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. And to our surprise our suite was beautifully decorated for the Holidays! We had a 7 ft Christmas tree and many Christmas decorations throughout the suite. It made our stay even more pleasant!

First of all I have to comment on the lobby. The whole candyland theme was absolutely adorable. The staff in the lobby were very friendly. Everything was super clean. The rooms were huge! What a great place to stay if you have a large family! The beds were comfy and we loved the bathroom with the walk-in shower. The hotel is pretty close to a lot of restaurants etc. The breakfast is free and had a lot of choices. No complaints and I would come back here!

3 stars for service because we didn't have house keeping at all. But our stay was amazing! The hotel staff were really friendly. The only downside was the elevators were really loud. Hurt my eardrums. I would return for another stay if they had quieter elevators. I might come back but not sure yet

So I was ordered by the city of Allentown to have my apartment slightly remodeled due to lead exposure also I have 3 toddlers so it wasn’t healthy for us to live there in the conditions. The city of Allentown paid our stay Which is great right although we had to pay the deposit but that’s okay what isn’t okay is having Home 2 suits accuse my family and I of “taking a bunch of things out of the room” keep in mind we didn’t even take there hand soap not even a towel NOTHING! I was being really nice to housekeeping and staff not having them do any cleaning or anything really at all. we did all housekeeping ourselves because I didn’t want to be a bother. Also our room smelled like cat urine and I guess I had put my luggage over the wet spot and my bag also had a strong urine smell. Keep in mind they said if I want I can make a claim for personal damages. Keep in mind! I’m being nice! I said no it’s okay I’ll put my bag to wash and it should be good to go which I did out my own time. Long story short I was really nice to staff and management and I find it really disrespectful that my wife 3 kids and I are being accused of such a lie. I will not let down until I get all of my money back even if I have to take them to court.

This was my first time staying at a Home 2 Suites I have no complaints, the room was clean, the staff was friendly. We didn't have any issues while we stayed there. The only strange thing while we were there was the motion detector for the lights that was on the wall kept going and lighting up randomly throughout the night, an easy problem to solve by just putting something over it. Not sure what was going on with that, but it didn't impact the overall stay. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place to stay either for a family trip or even business.

I was charged cancellation fee after they refused to allow my pet in the one bedroom studio. They wanted to downgrade my room. The staff is extremely rude from the management team all the way down. as a lifetime diamond member I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at this at this hotel needless to say out of all of the locations I’ve been to I really do hope that Hilton looks into the staff that they have at this location, considering all of the complaints that I’ve seen to come across on Google and yelp Hilton If you respect your customers, you should reevaluate the staff that is hired at this location we shouldn’t be paying hard earn money to be disrespected.
