This place was fabulous to checking in to checking out! My mom is in a wheelchair and we had to use an ADA room with a walk in shower. The room was clean and the front desk associate was always helpful. Shantae (spelling) was one of the associates name and she was always nice and made sure we had what we needed as well as the ladies who were over breakfast! Thank you for a wonderful stay that was very easy to manage with someone with disabilities.

We had a great time here at Home2 Suites. We would come back here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spoke with the front desk and housekeeping. This place is conveniently located in Decatur. The View of the Tennesse river was nice. The free breakfast was convenient. Nothing to write home about. The lobby and rooms looked very taken care of. The pool was outside, but we did not use it due to 32-degree weather. The gym is inside near the entrance, and it looked clean and not used. Their parking lot during my stay was packed. Some company "Cook's Pest Control" was having some sort of training and put up a bunch of employees.

Positive: Comfortable bed, good location Negative: The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty so we requested refills. The refills came 2 hours later, even though they said it would be right up. The breakfast was not replenished often in the middle of the service hours. Poor customer service.

View is great. Rooms are fairly clean. Bathroom could and should have been cleaner. Breakfast options were awful. Selection was poor to begin with and then were out of a lot of items. Front desk never acknowledged my presence.

Decent hotel. We stayed 2 nights over a weekend. The location was good for us as tournament fields were 10-15 away. The rooms were clean and the beds were perfect. I like a pillowy mattress so i sleep well. There was a ton of room because the double queen is a big room. The gym was nice and the front desk gave free detergent for laundry because I didn’t think of bringing any. Breakfast was pretty good, with a lot of great options. I’d say my favorite part was Ms. Caroline from the kitchen. She was so attentive, happy, helpful, and went above and beyond. Customer service is not easy, but she is a pro and deserves a promotion or raise. Thank you again, Ms. Caroline. She was the best part of our stay!

Hello, | I recently stayed at this hotel . I was leaving Mississippi headed to Atlanta. I was so impressed with the customer service that I received during my stay at this hotel. The front desk was so professional and very welcoming, I could never forget her name Arielle. I was treated with care. My room was so clean I was very impressed of the way I was treated like a 5 star member, it was my first time staying at this hotel . Everyone was so nice. I did not want to check out they way I was treated. The beds were so soft and clean. I will recommend this hotel to anyone in the Decatur, Al or headed that way. . I just wanted to leave a review because customer service is very rare and I was treated like a family member upon my stay. Thank you for the pleasant experience. We stayed here just one night. We had 3 children under 9 (the youngest is 2yrs). We used a 2 queen beds room. More spacious than regular hotels. Breakfast was included. Bathrooms were clean. Beds and pillows nice and comfy. A little pricier than I thought this brand would be. But not bad.
Highlight of the stay was Mrs. Caroline! She took care of the breakfast. She was a trip! My kids loved her. And this, we did too.
Breakfast was well made. Had omelets, cereal, some sweets, yogurts and milk. Coffee. All the goods.
Cons: is a little far from highway 65. But is only 10 minutes. So, even if you're passing through, it's the best stay between Birmingham and Nashville.

Upon walking in to this establishment I was immediately greeted and impressed with the decor. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and smelled nice. I had wonderful view of the harbor. The breakfast was warm and there was a variety of food. I would gladly stay again.
