This hotel still looks brand new. Theo, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. Plus, he gave us a great recommendation for dinner (Peachtree). Room was good size, good bed, bathroom is a little small, but manageable. The only negative was the noise from the highway. It was noticeable while awake, but my husband and I both got a good night’s sleep. Light sleepers might need earplugs. Breakfast was better than average for most free hotel breakfasts.

We had an exceptional stay at Home2 Suites in Harrisburg! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and spacious!

The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the lobby area was clean and inviting. The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to major highways and local attractions.

What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. Cheryl and her team were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any request. I can’t recommend Home2 Suites Harrisburg enough for anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I will definitely be returning!

I needed a midweek last minute stayover. Theo was working the desk, and informed me all rooms were booked. Before sending me away however, this young man said he would personally clean a room if I could give him some time. Theo worked the desk, moved appliances, and cleaned rooms by himself!||This initiative and work ethic is recognition worthy! There was no complaint, no negative reaction - only professionalism and problem solving!||Thank you sir for accomodating me! You are an incredible brand representative!

We recently stayed one night at this hotel. My family encountered several issues:||- One side of the hotel is up against Interstate 81. It is unbelievably loud at all hours! This hotel should have put double paned / soundproof glass along this side of the hotel like so many other Hilton properties I stay at do. Do not stay on that side of the hotel as the traffic literally shakes things in the room!||- Front desk - Asked to see a copy of my driver's license. Instead of just looking at it, it was taken to a back room!!!!! Serious privacy / fraud concern. What was your staff doing with my ID in the back room? I have NEVER experienced this at any other Hilton property. They just look at my ID and hand it right back!!!||- We stayed in Room 416. There is no lock on the bathroom sliding door. Not only would it not lock, this bathroom door also would not stay closed, it kept sliding open.

I had a reservation for a 1 night stay and was contacted via message portal the day of check-in that the hotel/room was overbooked and was provided a reservation with a sister hotel within a 20 minute drive. ||Cheryl confirmed and provided new hotel/booking info. I appreciated Home2 going above and beyond (peace of mind the unintended was handled quickly and efficiently).

I had a wonderful stay at Home2Suites in Harrisburg (North). The rooms were very clean and accommodating and I was surprised at what a nice breakfast buffet they had. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. It was very convenient getting to and from the Farm Show Complex. Adam, Theo, and Whitney were all very polite and helpful.

To be fair Ill give it 2.5 stars. The room is fine, no issues. Our issues were with the noise in this place. The occupants of the room upstairs to us were up running around until 2am. Also the hotel is right next to a long hill on the highway whereas we found out is exactly where trucks downshift to slow down. If you know what that sound is, its a very loud grinding noise. So between the track event and traffic noise, I slept like garbage. The breakfast is a 6/10. Pretty standard microwaved eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, bread, and fruit.

Friendly staff, quick check-in, and super clean rooms! There was lots of room for breakfast (a busy place when we stayed!). Really great for a stop during our road trip.
