I had a very disgusting stay here which is a bummer because the location was good for me and the pool seemed great. Overall had this situation not occurred I would have had a decent stay here, but alas not the case.

I had to call the front desk several (6) times in my 3 day stay to ask for my room to be cleaned and NO ONE came. The front desk said several times that someone would come and no one comes. We have a toddler who has dirty diapers piling up with zero care from the staff who have ignored my ask over 5 times at this point. I have never been to a hotel that treats a basic like cleaning a room as something they don’t have to do. I understand being short handed etc but you can’t charge over $200 a night and not do the basics. For a Hilton chain…?

The room was mediocre and barely a suite with a cheap curtain separating a couch, but I was willing to let that go. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, and I honestly am very pragmatic about these types of places but draw a line at not coming to clean the room even a little. At 930 PM the night before I left, they finally sent up towels which and I had to hand off trash, which is great - since I’m leaving in the AM. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

Just know this if you decide to book. Sadly would not stay here again based off this experience.

Pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. Nice size room with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dishware, and couch. Nice breakfast selection. Good location. Pleasant staff. Closet space is small but, for our stay, adequate. Free parking. Close to freeway.

We have stayed here once before. Holiday decor made it fun and festive! The hotel is dog-friendly! There is pet relief area on property!! Complementary breakfast is served from 7-10am. Rooms are large and the location is near the main highway.

Suggestion: I would like to see almond milk or an alternative to cows milk and vegetarian breakfast sandos.

Service was great! Good job Petaluma!

I would 100% stay at this Home2 Suites again! Everything about the stay was excellent. Kris was at the front desk when we checked in and she was so welcoming. The breakfast was complimentary each morning and delicious. One morning, I messed up the time that breakfast was closing and even though I was 5 minutes after the closing time, the lady working kept it open to ensure I received my breakfast! The rooms were super clean too. When we got to the room the tv remote wasn’t working. We notified the front desk and they immediately sent someone up to fix it for us. Throughout the stay, everyone working there was extremely kind. Great price and great value. Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Kristin was absolutely the most kind and helpful person I've experienced in the hotel industry. Hilton should be very proud to have her working there. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She was polite, helpful, kind, compassionate and able to help me troubleshoot my situation!

We arrived that day for a wedding and the room was not ready even 1hr after the check in time (we even electronically checked in the night before, which doesn’t mean anything i guess). We had to change for the wedding and ended up resorting to changing in the lobby bathroom. Facility itself and the breakfast were solid.

The facility inside is 5 star. The room was clean, breakfast was good and my son loved the pool and fire pits. The reason for the 3 star is that about 90% of the windows are covered in bird poop due to the barn swallows that I was told, couldn't be removed. We paid extra for a "mountain view" that was exceptionally restricted because of the amount of poop on our window. If you can't remove the nests then at least clean those windows on a daily basis.

I stayed here with my significant other on two occasions and we had a wonderful time. Service was excellent we were checked in right away, no issues. It would be nice to have some room service options but other than that very nice lady’s at the front desk. The location is sort of tucked in, which is spacious and has a plaza and shopping stores around. I liked the kitchen, with stock of glasses and necessities.
