The manager at the desk today 02/22/2025 @ 1:45 p.m. was extremely kind and sweet. When I asked her about an oven to make my wife's favorite dessert our special night she offered let me use the oven in the hotel's kitchen. I've never been to a hotel that would let me do that or even offer I regret I do not know how to spell her name. Thank you for helping me provide my wife with the best night out. I would share pictures but uncertain how too

I am so disappointed in the Homewood Suites at Hilton. I have stayed at others but this particular location is the absolute WORST for cleanliness. I don’t believe they ever vacuum the halls. The suite we had hadn’t been cleaned. The floors were dirty, cobwebs and dust on everything. One lamp was completely broken. The mattress on the bed is the most UNCOMFORTABLE I have ever slept on. The blanket was scratchy and stiff. The pullout couch didn’t have any bedding, even though they knew in advance we were going to use it. Had to call front desk twice to finally get someone to bring the bedding. They never check the shampoos or conditioners, both empty - fortunately I had some in my luggage. The setup for the suite was weird. The TV faced a small desk, if you were in the bed or pullout, you couldn’t watch tv.
The woman at the front desk was very pleasant, that’s the only thing good about our stay.
All in all, I advise you find a different hotel to stay at.

Checked in on a Friday for a two night stay, ended up leaving after night one. Upon arrival, a full trash bin from prior guests remained in the room, no shower soap, dirty kitchen cabinets and drawers, and dishes left in the dish washer. To make matters worse, the following morning before breakfast, I stepped outside the entrance with my one year old baby and slipped on ice right outside the double doors. No salt laid down. Thankfully, I was able to hold onto my baby as I hit the ground. I’d read the reviews prior to booking, but figured I’d give this hotel the benefit of the doubt. Would never stay here again, let alone with children.

We are Silver Tier members but were not offered any bottled water at check in or in the room. I know this isn’t always available, but it’s a pretty easy amenity to keep on hand.
The worst complaint I have is that I paid for a Premium Suite; which was supposed to give me access to premium WiFi, snacks, and drinks in the room, but we were not given any code to access the premium WiFi so were stuck with the free standard. There were absolutely no snacks or drinks in the room, save for the one stray piece of candy left in one of the drawers. The beds and bathroom were clean, and that’s what really mattered; but otherwise I am not wowed by the cleanliness of the room.
There also were no luggage carts available to us, when we arrived there was one outside on the sidewalk, but when I went to get one for our departure there were absolutely none to be found.
I’m usually a fan of Homewood Suites but this is the most rundown, worst bang for my buck location I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a wonderful stay here. I was really nervous about staying here after reading Google reviews after booking via the Hilton app, but when we got to the hotel, my nerves were instantly calmed. The lobby is newly renovated (I’m sure the hotel is getting a slow remodel!) and the room was clean. I’ve stayed at a brand new Homewood Suites before, so yes, this one has furniture that was older, but what I value above all else is cleanliness— and this place WAS clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Unlike some reviews said, the privacy window curtains closed the whole way (at least where we were on the 3rd floor). The front desk manager texted me to check in a few times during our trip which I really appreciated. You can tell the staff is going above and beyond to make whatever right. If I needed anything, the staff took care of it. I guarantee if you stay here and have any requests or issues with your room, that the staff will make things right. Although I was nervous about the stay, I’m really happy we stayed here and I would come back.

Other perks: great bfast (similar to other Hilton chains like Hampton Inn), plenty of nice outdoor spaces, small gym but is had everything you needed, even a Peleton.

Overall takeaways— I’ve stayed a brand new and older Hilton chains, so older furniture doesn’t bother me. These chains are clean which is what I value, and I would say the customer service really stood out at this particular Homewood Suites location.

They don’t have working hot water. They haven’t for months. You can get a lukewarm shower, at best.

They also don’t regularly refill the shampoo.

I’ve stayed here regularly for quite some time, but if they don’t start to make an effort to maintain standards, I won’t be coming back.

Dirty dishes in dishwasher when I got into the room, room in need of updates - carpet needs to be replaced, trim is badly damaged, 2 large cracks in the wall, mattress is a squishy mess, mattress pad was placed between the sheet & bedspread. No way to close curtains for privacy from parking lot - only sheers can be closed. Room was very overpriced for the quality.
Service at check in was good.

The night crew was great! I had started to grill dinner, and the propane ran out. I asked if they had more, but the delivery was to come in the am.
Two of the employees came out to see what they could do, and the gentlemen found another tank with enough to finish cooking our dinner!
