It was so lovely working with Carter! I’d recommend her anyone, and especially to those who are looking for some guidance on how to make their dreams into a reality. Carter was phenomenal at listening to us and talking us through step by step. She guided us in figuring out how to make our non traditional ideas come to life. I’m not a natural planner and she helped me break things down and then make it happen. She came up with ideas I never would’ve thought of and warmly guided us through the process. She is a great listener and a calming presence. Her warm and positive energy grounded us on our special day. She went above and beyond and was so easy to work with. We wouldn’t have had the perfect day if it weren’t for her. She recommended our wedding photographer and thought of little things we never would have thought of. My daughter and future son-in-law and I were planning their wedding at the Hollins House in Santa Cruz this past spring. We realized about 6 weeks before the wedding that we could use some help in the planning process and for the day of the wedding. We were very lucky to find Carter at Honeysuckle Traditions to step in and help us with the final planning stages of the wedding and the day of wedding assistance. Carter stepped right in and helped us coordinate with the various vendors and venue, had regular weekly Zoom meetings with us and was available to us at any time of day or night to answer questions or give us suggestions. She was very organized and had wonderful and helpful ideas. And on the day of the wedding, she was there from the early hours through the night to make sure everything ran smoothly and we could all relax and enjoy the fantastic wedding. We gained a friend in the process, as Carter was a joy to work with.

Carter helped my wife and I plan our dream wedding. It was a weekend-long event at a summer camp with a ton of moving parts. We had 150 guests and the added fun (and complexity) of guests staying on site (pre-Covid).

Carter served as the day of coordinator and was also there for us throughout the planning process. Her knowledge and expertise helped us finalize details and coordinate with vendors. The day of felt so smooth thanks to Carter’s easy going demeanor and attention to deal.
