This was a trip of a lifetime for me and I am an experienced solo traveler. This type of trip requires an experienced travel group to obtain permits, plan airline travel and coordinate all the activities

We saw many extraordinary sights. I did break a footbone in the beginning while in Bangkok
I chose to continue with a “boot”. With the support of Ugyen and his son and driver I never missed any activities. It was an incredible trip

Tibet was a challenge with my foot issue and the altitude but it was worth all the effort. Potala Palace and Everest Basecamp with Mt Everest looking at us was incredible

James was in contact with me through this 5 week trip and was able to always smooth the way when I had obstacles in thank he and Roy very much
I highly recommend Honu Adventure to all persons planning this trip or other adventures and cruises

Where can I begin? I will start by saying... JAMES WIGDEL is the BEST travel planner. My husband and I are beyond grateful James's planning expertise. Hubby and I wanted to go Europe for our honeymoon; but we had 0 idea where to begin. James was referred to us and it was a blessing indeed. He booked everything for us and recommended the best places to visit and also eat; trust me James palate is exquisite! He gave us specific instructions on how to get to every place, it was impossible to get lost. Another fantastic thing was that James was there us all the time, we were in Europe and we felt so good knowing that he was a message away if anything came up. James helped us put together a great itinerary for our trip to the Philippines and Malaysia. He understood our travel preferences, recommended activities we might be interested in and may adjustments when needed. Once finalized, the itinerary was loaded into an app which we utilized several times during the trip which also included all confirmations & details. Very nice!

Working with Honu Adventures was a pleasure from start to finish. Our adventure started when we were speaking with them about an all-inclusive vacation in Mexico with some friends. After much research, Jim came up with great options until we had a pull the plug at the eleventh hour due to some expired passport issues with the friends we were going to travel with. Honu was very patient and understanding. Which led us to talk to them about a possible cruise.

My husband and I were cruise virgins, not knowing anything about how they operate, what are the best lines, etc. Jim walked us through the entire process and helped us select the bet option for an easy "starter cruise."

The entire process was very smooth and easy from start to finish, and Jim and Roy were both available the entire time to answer all our questions, up to an including the night we were packing to go.
