Don was the absolute best instructor! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have passed my exam! He made things so easy to remember and he taught me knowledgeable information that I needed to know. He and his wife Erin are very professional and will help you with anything you need, even after the class. I hope to have Don as my instructor for my next exam!

Instructor ( Don) was very thorough in his class, was enjoyable and very informative, even though a lot of what we discussed wasn't on the test. ( He doesn't know what is going to be on the test, so this is understandable, he can only try to prepare you) Even so, you leave with a lot of knowledge that can help you on a day to day basis if you're a young food service manager.

Don was an excellent instructor, he kept it informative and light all at the same time. He delivered the content with precision and honesty. He was very personable even after he was delayed due to the room not being set. He did that before we started. Great experience and all my staff will be attending.

Excellent training. The facilitator, Don, did an outstanding job of keeping the training interesting, as well as entertaining sharing us with his professional sense of humor.
