Being in high school I would have never thought after getting my CNA license I would work at an amazing company that really cares for their staff. I have worked at this company for over 2 years and I can honestly say I never want to leave. Yes the pay is great and yes they have many facilities to choose from, but this company personally makes sure we are safe, heard, understood , and respected. They make sure there is room for growth and success because that is all they want for their employees. Jessica is a wonderful wonderful boss and there are many reasons why, she is pushing me to become the best person I could be and helping me thrive through nursing school. As well as the other people in the office that help keep horizons afloat they are just as amazing and helpful, they are truly wonderful people. I don’t know what I would do without this company that has helped me so much over the years!! It definitely feels like a family and everyone and anyone who joins is automatically a part of a special and amazing team. Working at Horizons Healthcare Agency has been nothing but a blessing for me and my family. The being able to pick up shifts at a drop of a penny, creating my own schedule, the pay, the immediate response from the management team anytime you reach out- hands down the best job I've ever had as a nurse.
