We didn't actually stay here this trip, but we did a couple of years ago, and it was really nice. The room is clean and updated as well as spacious. It has a great lobby as well as a bar that also serves food. The food is good too! Very clean establishment. It has an outdoor patio to enjoy your food and/or drink if the weather is nice. It is in a great location! If you want to stroll Central Ave and sightsee or go in any of the numerous shops and restaurants, they are all a very short walking distance as you walk out of the hotel. It's right next door to the Hot Springs convention center, so if you are at an event there, you can just walk over from the hotel. there's no need to fight any traffic. The staff is great too, and the price is pretty reasonable.

Reasonable size. There’s plenty of room for a Corvette show. Depending on the venu, parking can be a challenge. Good location in terms of two adjacent hotels, and in walking distance from bath house row and restaurants. Restroom nicely kept.

This is a huge facility. We were part of the cheer leader competition in one arena top area and at the other end of the complex there was a dance competition going on in another arena. This is a huge complex. There is an adjacent Embassy suites. It is a really clean facility with very good seating, good lighting and much more. It was a good place for the cheer competition. My five-year-old was on stage and she had a great time. If you need this type of venue in the hot springs area I highly recommend giving it a try.

Large space, helpful people and great acoustics and lighting. Ample parking; beautiful art through the Rena as well as historical photos and exhibit to peruse. We’ve been there for multiple functions. Restaurants are close by as well hotels. Elevators and stairs. Handicap assessable; bathrooms are so clean. Beautiful artwork and sculptures to look at as well. We recently went for a cheer camp and it was so much fun. The bleachers roll back for ample room for the kids and still enough seating.

Parking could be arranged better, but indoor facilities and accessibility were great, and the women's restroom was clean during my visit for the Hot Springs Boat, Tackle and RV Show.

The Convention Center is beautiful and the meeting spaces are nice and comfortable. The art and sculptures inside and out are a huge added bonus.
