Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s very quaint and the rooms are absolutely lovely. It’s also walkable to everything you’d need access to in downtown Petaluma. There are plenty of parking options available. The only downside I found was that the walls are pretty thin and you will hear the people beside you if they are loud. The hotel does provide earplugs.

Creeky, uncomfortable beds. Room was very small and bathroom was in rough state of repair. The lobby is cute and location is good, but there’s NO hotel parking. Overall, I would not go back.

My stay will end tomorrow morning after two weeks of staying at Hotel Petaluma. The staff has been so helpful, kind, and they always make one feel so welcome. My Queen Plus room was perfect! Very clean, quiet, and yes sometimes just a little noisy on a Friday/Saturday with wedding activities. Personally I didn't mind one bit, and no, I didn’t need air plugs. Most days so tired from my beautiful walks downtown Petaluma. In the past, my husband and I have always stayed at Hilton Hotels. This is the first time I have stayed at a Hilton Hotel Tapestry Collection. It's absolutely gorgeous. I love sitting in the open room area inside the hotel. And the music they play all day is wonderful. I have also sat outside in the courtyard which is gorgeous too. If you're thinking about staying in Petaluma, I highly recommend Hotel Petaluma! There is even a French bakery attached to the hotel, a cheese/wine shop, and access to The Shuckery restaurant. I feel very safe staying here, as well as walking downtown Petaluma, as well as venturing the streets of East Washington/Lakeville and Petaluma North. It's been an amazing respite vacation for me. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Hotel Petaluma! Back to Wisconsin!!

Not impressed, live up the street, been here for 22 years.

Hair in my bed, cold room, good air flow though, and overall not friendly booking staff or front desk staff.

The local boys and girls working were very accomodating.

Management could use improvement here in my opinion.

Wonderful location; but rooms are quite small. We encountered multiple plumbing issues during our stay and not offered a different room until after 2 days. Beware of street noise at all hours. Our first room had a lot of street noise the second room was alley facing and we were woken at an early hour to dumpsters being emptied. Disappointing stay.

Old and clean hotel! Ton was amazing! Loved the throwback elevators. Parking can be tricky! Warning bar is not affiliated with the hotel so don’t think you can charge it to your room! So got screwed on that but overall happy!||200 characters are hard to write but. Good place and vote for DJT!!

Positive: At 101 years old ,the hotel employee kept its charm,but with a modern hip twist. The fire pits & fireplace were inviting and the location to downtown - perfect. Negative: Parking could be better/ but it is adequate.

A very pleasant, old-fashioned hotel updated with restraint and lovely bits preserved (like the old safe behind the counter). Delightful staff. Cozy lobby. Great coffee and pastries just off the lobby, and also a wonderful cheese shop.
