This Conway location of DHS was the most courteous and helpful government office I have ever been to. The young lady that assisted me went above and beyond. It was very unexpected and very appreciated.

When calling you can forget it if you think someone is going to answer the phone. Stayed on hold for 40 min and never talked to anyone. They did call but I was in another appointment and asked to shut phone off or leave phone in car or turn on silent. Well couldn’t answer phone. So I dropped by and was told next time have my phone with me and answer. Hard to answer when one tells you turn phone off or we will be happy to help you when you have time to talk to us. Hum!!! Can’t do both!!! Tried calling 3 different time. On hold for over 35 min each time. Nope. They did not call back even after I went by the office and tried to explain why I couldn’t answer. Met with rudeness. One girl very nice. Other girl had rudeness course and she passed the course for sure. She had to have gotten an A in the course.

This department for Arkansas is a laughing stock of a joke. More than over half the staff need to be reevaluated in there position and the other need to be terminated for new staff. Also there communication skills and superiority and professionalism of the staff need to follow codes and they do not. I'm a combat vet for this country and this is my home of record. This staff here in this facility needs to be held accountable for their actions. And I will make sure of it that they are. By communicating to the mayor, governor, and our congressman

This is the most messed up place in the state of Arkansas. The workers at the counter are very rude and disrespectful. Plus the case managers are liars. My family has been living in Arkansas for 6 years and every time we have a review or file we have problems because they have no idea what they are doing. Someone needs to go thru and clean house. They don't even deserve one star.

Less than helpful. We have turned in every piece of TEFRA paperwork before the deadline and BY HAND to the Conway office. We’ve had 3 separate instances (in less than 1 year of having TEFRA) where our therapist office has contacted us letting us know there’s an issue with coverage or a gap showing on their end. EVERY TIME, it has been a mistake in the office. I have tried to call and get it sorted asap. There is no prompt for TEFRA. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, NO ONE seems to be able to help. I get the same response each time: “ohhh this is for TEFRA? Let me transfer you.” I then get transferred back to the original prompt which still offers no help. I have tried to solve online to no avail. Specific phone numbers are difficult to locate.

I was approved for snap benefits and have had 2 months load onto my card and still have yet to receive the card! Now having to wait another 2 weeks for a card that might not show up yet again ! Absolute joke !

I always HATE going into this place. These people are absolutely rude to you for no absolute reason no matter how nice I am. I will avoid this place at all costs.
