Alana is my soul sister and I knew the moment I chatted with her on our consultation call that she would be the right planner for me. I actually moved the venue date in order to work with her! Alana made our wedding day absolutely perfect. She connected us with the most amazing vendors. I felt so calm and relaxed the entire wedding day. She was always super responsive, talked me off a ledge if I needed to be and did so many things behind the scenes - I probably don’t even know the half of what went down. I couldn’t have imagined picking anyone else to work with but furthermore I am so happy that I now have a friend for life. Thank you Alana for all the work you put into our special day. Holy SCHNIKES!!!! What a rip-roarin good time I had on my wedding day! We were hoopin' and hollerin' let me tell yah! My now wife Stephanie and I planned on an elopement style wedding and there is no way we could have done it without Alana. Checklist for us? Yup. Breakfast? Yup. Pre game party drinks? Yup. Changing area? Yup. Music for our elopement? Yup. Epic wedding location? Yup. You name it and Alana had it planned to the T!!!! One moment I was enjoying some food while my wife was getting dolled up for our big day and the next we are driving an off road trail in Sedona to the most beautiful elopement spot Alana had found. Whatever the adventure you have in mind, Hummingbird-Vine can get it done and go the extra mile! If you don't choose Alana then I don't know what you are doing. Alana is the absolute best!! She can truly do it all!! Her ability to utilize her creative eye and attention to detail for your event is unmatched! She did my baby shower and it was so stunning and special! I also attended a small group picnic and it was absolutely gorgeous! Alana at Hummingbird Vine Design is phenomenal! I can't imagine a better person to handle the lead up and execution of such a big day. We worked with her for 6 weeks out wedding planning and coordinating, and she seamlessly took over communications with vendors, logistics, and made it so my husband and I could just enjoy our time with friends and family. Alana managed a major lightening storm and torrential downpour with grace and kept the fun going. Alana is light hearted, fun, and funny, while simultaneously being a no-nonsense, proactive, do-er. That's an uncommon combo of qualities that makes working with her a joy. Would (obviously) recommend for a wedding planner!
