This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had at any establishment. I arrived much earlier than anticipated, and the desk staff went above and beyond to allow me to check in early so I could attend to an unintended car appointment. The Trio room has two bedrooms with 3 beds, there is a sofa sleeper in the main room, and a full kitchen is available to boot. The kitchen amenities were a little deficient in that there were not enough glasses for our party of seven, there was no cookie sheet or a large frying pan, and unfortunately the garbage disposal was broken creating some sink emptying issues. Two light bulbs were out, there are a few stains on the carpet, and the room chairs have some cracking in the upholstery. While this sounds like a lot of issues, they really are small compared to the comfort and value of the room. It truly is a wonderful space we keep coming back to (this was our 33rd annual gathering) and have visited around 10 of those times. There is an included breakfast, and it would be nice to add a warm pancake or waffle dispenser to go with the three hot dishes, fruits, grain, and cereal. Besides the front desk being awesome, the room cleaners were super polite, and the man servicing breakfast was equally friendly. The overall experience, created by the staff, made us feel like they wanted us to be there. Any place can have great amenities, and the Hyatt House does have some excellent ones (the space, a bar, local transport, free parking) but it's the people that truly make an experience that much more special. I am super appreciative of the entire staffs' efforts to make Hyatt House feel more like Hyatt Home!

Staff was so warm and welcoming when I arrived (even at 7pm arrival). They offered a free snack and drink pouch when I picked up my keys which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. Hotel is slightly worn but the entire room was spotless and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was amazing. They went above and beyond and we really appreciated their kindness and hard work. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. My 4 children enjoyed having a variety of items. The pool area was clean with plenty of fresh towels. I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again!

I have stayed at this Hyatt House property at least 20 times over the last year during my divorce and I think it’s one of the best I’ve visited in the United States. ||||Rooms are always clean and predictable, housekeeping staff are so kind and willing to work around your schedule or grab you anything you need. ||||The employees make you feel like you’re more than just a guest. Front Hosts Shasta, Paulina and Deanna (and the others!) are some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered in the industry and make you feel at ease after a rough day. I used to work in hospitality and manage one of the only 4 star hotels in an NFL city and this property has become my second home for a reason. It’s a standout. The general manager is also a standup guy and cares greatly about the guest experience.

Awesome hotel. Would love to stay there again. Super clean, great staff and wonderful breakfast. Room was spacious and well set up. Love the sink being outside of the bathroom. Very quiet despite being quite busy when we were there. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

The Kitchen is great to have and the room is plenty big enough. The bed was comfy. ||The Breakfast is sufficient with many choices and a bit different every day. ||Parking is good. The pool & exercise room are very good. ||They have a computer area with a printer which is convenient.

Comfortable, clean and well-appointed room. Breakfast had lots of tasty and healthy choices. The desk staff were attentive and very courteous at check-in and check-out. The room we were appointed had a somewhat worn couch which I'd suggest updating (room #412)... that would be my only thing I'd change about my experience staying with Hyatt this time

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were crisp and comfortable. ||I was there for an event and the staff took extra care of our group. They anticipated our needs. It was a great stay.||I recommend this hotel and will return again!
