It’s pretty disappointing that I shared my concerns via the survey that I received after our stay, and have heard absolutely nothing. I guess it’s just better to share our experience and images here as I would sure hope that Hyatt would highly consider reimbursing us for our stay. Our room was awful. I can’t believe we had to spend Christmas here. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom. Water damage was evident throughout the room. The bathroom had zero ventilation so the humidity from the shower had no where to escape. The carpet was disgusting. It is evident someone was smoking in the bedroom at some point, and covered up the detector. The breakfast was less than desirable. Staff was not professional. I will never stay there again.

Hotel manager was incredibly unprofessional. We were there for a Friday and Saturday night stay. Friday night he was uneventful, though we were told that at 10pm all guests had to go to there rooms. We were there with friends and wanted to talk in the lobby and were told no. On Saturday, there were signs everywhere that the entire lobby was reserved for an even and we would not be provided any amenities. There was a coffee/tea bar that was full of items, it was just missing the cannisters of water and coffee. When I asked if there was any hot water for me to make tea, he said he did not have to provide any amenities. He locked the pool on Saturday, we assumed it was closed for issues and then saw him open it for another older guest, I guess he just does not like kids. We were also told us early on Saturday that our entire group had to be in our rooms by 10 pm and if we were found even walking the halls, he would call the cops and have us removed. There was a wedding at the hotel that Saturday night and they were so loud all night. We could hear them in the halls all night. I guess we had to be in our rooms for them to party in the hallway. I have never been treated that poorly by the hotel staff ever. I gave this 2 stars because the morning breakfast staff was great.

The staff person that checked us in was very quiet. Elevator looks like someone tried to vandalize it. We got to our room and the room was good except the black shade has stains on it and was very dirty.
We didn't sleep all night because in the wall or in the fridge a loud clicking sound happens randomly. It sounds exactly like someone scanning a key and opening your hotel door! All night we kept being jolted awake thinking someone was trying to break in, but it was this weird noise in the wall behind the fridge. Heat didn't work either, but thankfully it wasn't too cold outside so temp was fine. Fridge didn't work so my leftovers had to be thrown away.
I stay at hotels a lot for work, this was my second time at a Hyatt. I don't think I'll stay at one again.

The property is aging. Leaky ceiling, broken iron, dimly lit areas, horrible breakfast. However staff is mostly attentive although no welcome as a discovering and no water. Room had a leak. Bathroom was good, shower had good flow. Overall you should expect more

I have stayed at Hyatt houses/Places all over the US and this was my second time staying here. This hotel and my room was pretty clean but bad smell in hallways and room. Only the elevator had a fresh scent. Hanging a picture that causes trypophobia on the wall right after getting off the elevator doesn't seem to fit the image of the hotel as a place of relaxation. It was sweet to see someone in this class of hotel diligently folding towels and Kleenex for the guests even though the towel was too old and yellowish.

Grubbiest hotel I have ever been to. When we arrived there was food smashed all over the elevator floor. Our room was grubby. Windows had a layer of dirt on it. A previous guest drew a heart with initials in the dirt. Stains all over the window shade. Furniture very scratched up. Rug in the room was completely disgusting. Drain in the tub was stuck making it difficult for the water to go down. Black stuff ( I have no idea what it was) on the inside of the bathroom door. My daughter pulled the sheet back from her bed and found a bracelet bead in the bed. The only plus to this was that they gave us plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok. Thank God we arrived late and left early to go on a college tour. I don’t know how this hotel got such a good rating because our room was so grubby and run down. I would not recommend this place at all!

positives: great parking, nice amenities, great restaurants around the hotel, bed and pillows were comfortable, heating/cooling unit worked well.

negative: toilet ran all night long, ceiling fan in bathroom was not operational causing mold to form on the ceiling in bathroom, damaged furniture, cleanliness of room was inadequate- very dusty and the desk had a dirt film on it.

We had our wedding block here this past weekend. The entire experience with this hotel was HORRIBLE! Working with this hotel was the absolute most stressful part of my entire wedding planning. The communication with the sales manager was non existent. It would take multiple emails and calls to hear back from her. She also told me 2 weeks before my wedding that they lost their liquor license. I think I should have been informed right away since I had a contract with them to extend the hotel bar for the after party. With such short notice, we could not find a secondary location. The hotel did allow us to have the after party in their lobby area but we had to supply the alcohol for our guests.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was disgusting. The furniture is very worn, dust everywhere and even the walls were dirty. There was a smooshed dead bug on the window. Clearly, they do not clean their hotel rooms or give any attention to details. I think as a bride that brought in so much money for this hotel (we had 46 hotel rooms on the block), it would have been nice if they at least gave me a room that was clean. My friend’s room had black mold all over her bath tub. GROSS!!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this hotel.
