Positive: the staff was freindly Negative: the toilet didn't work properly, the TV didn't work properly, the room service menu was so old that most of the items on the list didn't exist. Tiny bathroom compared to the size of the room. TV was split between bed area and sitting area - horrible

Absolutely amazing! Took the kids here and it was so nice. Rooms are huge and the staff was amazing! Edward might be my favorite hotel staff ever. Always had a smile on his face and a great laugh! You all better keep him around, cause he is a gem!

This hotel did the job! I was staying in town for a few nights to visit college friends and needed a hotel for one of the nights. With free breakfast, large dining area, a 24/7 fitness center, an indoor pool, free parking, AND a bar on site, this was a no brainer for me.

Check In: Paulina at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I got a notification on the app saying my room was ready two hours before check-in. Paulina confirmed via phone that I could come whenever to check-in and would not be charged an early fee. As a Hyatt guest, I received two complimentary water bottles and a bag of chex mix when I arrived!

Room: While the room is not the nicest/most updated, it was definitely a few steps above other local choices (Best Western, etc). There were no major stains, holes, or other damages to the furniture and room. The bed was comfy, the heating and cooling worked great, and there was plenty of space for me in the standard king room. I will note that the water pressure from both the sink and shower weren't great. I wanted to use the coffee maker but upon opening the water tank, I was not impressed with its cleanliness so I skipped that.

Breakfast: Standard hot hotel breakfast with cereal, breads, yogurts, and eggs/potatoes/sausage. There was a nice fruit platter, which was a nice surprise. Also a coffee station (separate from the other coffee drinks served at the main bar) which made up for the room coffee issues. Only problem I had was availability of food - hours were 6:30-9:00am when I stayed but when I went to get food at 8:15am, the eggs were gone and were not replenished again. With the fruit and bagels, I was still able to eat enough, just wish there were eggs too.

Pool: This was a highlight for me. Most hotels with indoor pools REEK of chlorine before you even get into the pool area, but this Hyatt does a great job at ventalating the room. Towels were provided and there was plenty of seating. Tons of natural light, too, which made it feel very open. The water itself was the perfect temp (room is temp controlled as well, and I never felt too warm or too cold). Unfortunately, I didn't swim as freely as I'd have wanted given the murkiness of the water. Since the room wasn't overpowered with chlorine smell, I didn't fully know why the water wasn't clear. I was nervous about being fully submerged for too long. (About four days later I don't have any kind of rash or burning, and my suitcase didn't suffer any damage, so I'm not sure what the cloudiness was). I was the only person in the pool area for the hour I swam, so I can't speak to the space at capacity, but it was a great addition to my stay.

Parking: Parking is free which was perfect for me. There were plenty of spaces all around the building, so you'd be able to park in front of your room window if that's the kind of thing you look for. Also was additional entrances/exits to the hotel so you didn't have to walk all the way from your car in the back to the main lobby entrance.

Random: Hotel was a bit noisy here and there, either with kids running up and down the halls or even just maintenance/housekeeping workers chatting outside the rooms. Not sure if I just hit some bad luck with the day I was there or if the walls are too thin. Regardless, I slept really well and didn't feel the noise ruined the experience. The room had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but no lotion. There is a fridge, desk, comfy couch, controlled heating/cooling, and light blocking curtains. The toilet and shower are separate from the sink. Ample lighting all around and great TV channel selection.

I had a great time at Kings Inn. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was roomy and clean. There was a small, indoor pool. Convenience items included a mini fridge and a continental breakfast.

Conveniently located near the freeway and close to shopping, grocery stores, touristy spots, and restaurants.

I recommend and would revisit.

Great staff, clean facilities, and plenty of parking. However, shower head sucks, shower doors were on wrong, so leaked on the floor. Rooms are sized for small people, not anyone over 6 feet. Fitness room equipment were nice, but all but 2 machines were broke. Breakfast, was good and hot, but they want to garnish everything. It was everywhere. I dont need garnish in my eggs to make them look good.

We and our guests had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place for our wedding weekend. Particularly, the staff was beyond accommodating and we had multiple family members mention what an amazing job they did. Robert on 10/12/24 and Travis on 10/13/24 in particular made our guests feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay. They truly went above and beyond to keep our wedding weekend like a dream! I would highly recommend staying here for anyone in the Naperville area if you're looking for excellent staff and a comfortable stay.

Stayed for 3 nights for the holiday weekend. Rooms were good size, but very outdated. Housekeeping replaced our towels 1 day only, and never cleaned anything otherwise. The worst part was that the walls and ceiling were so paper thin, we could hear walking, talking, and heavy doors slamming closed at all hours of the night. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable as well. The continental breakfast was decent and included fresh fruit daily.
