Charged us twice for one night stay. We tried to get resolved before we checked out. Was told it was a "pending charge and would fall off." When the charge went through we contacted them, they told us they would "release the funds and it would take a few days" after a few days and it wasn't refunded we called back and was told "the manager isn't taking calls but you can email" still haven't heard from the manager over that email over two weeks later. Credit card company sent email about us being double.charged and told to contact hotel. Hotel did nothing. Will not recommend hotel bc of double charging. If you look at the bad reviews it's all refund issues. Watch your money if you book this hotel. Such a shame. Do not stay.

Great room set up for sharing. 2 adults and one teen we had space for all our things and the slight separation between a sleeping area and sitting area was great for us. The breakfast hours are a bit short for leisure travel (end at 9a). The property is walking distance to a shopping center, but be aware that restaurants close at 8-9pm. Given these meal options you need to plan a careful balance of time.

Double charged for one night and no resolution . Tried to get it resolved before we checked out was told it would "fall off" when the pending charge went through the next day we contacted them and they said they would "release the funds" it should be back in our account a few days later. The next week when it still isn't refunded now "manager isn't taking phone calls but you can email" and still say they can't do anything. The credit card company even emailed "looks like you were doubled charged" the credit card company told us to contact the hotel. The hotel says they can't do anything for us. So for less than 24 hr in their hotel. We were charged two nights. Still haven't heard back from manager over email. Also if you check reviews for the hotel the complaint is they don't refund even if it's on them. I will never recommend this hotel bc of them messing with money. It's a shame, loved the room just not enough for being charged twice with no resolution

Hotel is meh. Staff wear pajamas at all hours. The breakfast was powder eggs and bacon. In fairness they did include berries one morning. Snack options are chips, m&ms and Gatorade. Shower products are ok. Beds are comfortable. Hotel vibe is no one really cares much. Location is fantastic if you like chain restaurants and shopping at department stores.

The front desk staff needs some serious training for the safety of guests. They didn’t even check ID’s at check in. They gave me information about the hotel room under my husbands name and I was not even there at check in. I could have been some random stranger. Hospitality 101 you do not give guest info away and you make sure you know who is in the rooms! Other than that, the rooms are nice and location is great being near the movie theater, shopping and dining.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Iron and ironing board were in place, working and clean. Gym was nice, typical in size. No headaches or issues, just the way I like it! This hotel is a top choice for me when heading to Huntsville.

The most polite and courteous staff I have had the pleasure to stay with. Definitely my best experience post-Covid. First time at this hotel, but I was taken by the well trained and attentive staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant which is rarely the case these days and it wasn’t just one or two individuals, but all of the 6-7 staff members I encountered in my stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Huntsville area.

Laid back but clean hotel with a phenomenal breakfast spread. Great value. ||||Put in a request for an early check-in and they accomodated||||Front office staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay painless. Something goofy did happen with ther locks, but staff were very responsive
