My first encounter on 12/08 at MDW, I was excited! New club, hadn’t been to Chicago in a while. Optimistic to say the least, flabbergasted at how quickly it dissipated, after checking in all I heard was yelling and cursing! Evidently the employee was cursing the manager out! Appalled, because I know this wasn’t disclosed in the package I purchased! The young lady should be ashamed of herself, how could you ever allow yourself to act in such a grotesque manner? The manager was extremely professional and handled the situation well, I tried reaching out to someone directly from the site, but it wouldn’t go through. I’m still in search of speaking with someone about my encounter, what’s the hiring process? Is it done by AI? There’s no way I’m spending my hard earned money to have an encounter like this! Blessed the manager, it was such an embarrassing moment for him..being called such awful names in front of staff and others!
